My Hive Goals for 2025 Week #37
I have decided to start posting a weekly update on my progress toward my 2025 goals here on Hive. It helps me stay on track and I can realize if I am behind on a goal at any point in time. There is only a little less than 3 and a half months left in the year. I am making slow progress towards my goals, and it all adds up.
Progress
Above are statistics that I have gotten from HiveStats. This week is looking a bit better than last week, and it all adds up over time.
HP
I earned 98 HP earned throughout the week. I am checking this through the difference between the two endpoints on the graph on Hivestats. The numbers are up from last week, and it's my best week in a while. I am a bit surprised to see the increased author rewards, but curation is down a small amount.
HBD
I gained 17 HBD this week. My order from last week buying Hive did fill, and I will place another order with the HBD that I earned this week. I think the price is still on the cheaper side, and I wouldn't mind stocking up more Hive for now. I was able to collect 46 HBD as interest, and that is quite amazing. I am still unsure what I will do with that liquid Hive, and I haven't figured out if I will spend it on Splinterlands yet.
LEO Power
I earned 2 LEO over the past week. It is slightly up this week, but the difference between 1 and 2 isn't that large. The price of LEO has started to stablize and rebound to an extent. At this rate, I am not sure if I will get enough LEO, and I haven't decided whether or not I will buy LEO to reach my goal yet. I did power up 200 LEO, but not on the 15th as I forgot. At the same time, I am not sure if there is still any LPUD going on as I haven't seen any announcement posts about it.
Conclusion
My progress is looking decent for now. My HP is slowly going up by around 2% per week, and that will be on track towards the goal at the end of the year. As long as I stay consistent, my HP goal shouldn't be too much trouble. HBD is the farthest along for now, and it's at a point where I can stop adding if the 15% interest holds up. I don't know what I plan to do with the funds now, though. LEO Power is a bit slower than I would like, but I am still earning some LEO each week. However, I am at a loss at how low the rewards from LEO are now. I am not sure if I will try to reach this goal this year or not, depending on the price of LEO. It all adds up over time, and I am on track towards completing my goals by the end of the year. I will add Hive when the price is lower than 20 cents, or add to HBD if it isn't. I can always take out HBD from savings later if I need to. At this point, I should be 70% or higher in all targets, and I am at or above that for everything. HBD is back at the highest progress, but I expect HP to overtake that soon enough. It looks like my HP goal will probably hit first before the rest.
Do you have any goals for 2025? What is the progress towards your own goals?

Posted Using INLEO
It's still good that you earn leo even if curation no more gives it
Curation still earns you some. I just think its less since it comes from the fees earned on another chain and LEO price.
People are still doing #lpud, but since the #badge vanished, it's getting less and less.
I'm currently powering up daily.
Will you move some $LEO to #arbitrum?
I think people are still doing LPUD, but I don't think they are giving out anymore prizes right?
Yeah I think there is no #raffle or anything anymore.
You have advanced a lot in your HP target is almost up to HBD.
Yea. HP is consistently going up, but my HBD generally only goes up from the interest. I have enough HBD to get that amount through interest alone.
Ain't nothing gonna slow you down.
Only LEO seems to slow me down a bit since I am not sure if I want to buy any for now.
Your discipline to long term is what I admire the most about you. Eventually it's going to get bigger and I still hold to the belief that one day, Hive will be more than some of the big social platforms
It all adds up over time. Let's see where Hive goes because I still think it has potetntial.
So do I, it has great potential
