2nd Hive Powerup Day of 2026
EDIT: I just realized that I was off by one day. My goals and the rest will match, but I will power up another 10 Hive so I will get the badge.
It's the first day of the new month and it's also Hive Power Up Day. It always feel nice to take part of Hive Power Up Day along with various others on the blockchain.

More information about Hive Power Up Day (HPUD) can be found at the January 2024 HPUD post by "@"traciyork. I don't think there are any rewards for doing so outside of the hivebuzz badge. There haven't been any prizes for a long while, but I still think it's nice to power up as a blockchain on the first of every month. There is still a little under 18 hours left for you to get your power-up in for that badge, and it is based on UTC time.
My current HP before powering up is 19,882 HP and I plan on powering up 10 HIVE this month. I haven't set any goals for this year yet as I am still trying to figure things out. The results of this can be seen in the picture below, and here is the transaction link.
Here is my latest update for the Slothly Saver's Challenge for 2026. The Saturday Savers has ended, but the Slothy Savers has started in its place.
Monthly Goals
Here I will set my goals for the month. Overall, I did achieve most of my goals, and my goals tend to be the same each month anyway. I reached my HP goal and blog posts, but I didn't manage to buy 12 LENM. I didn't get any LENM this time so I guess my purchase price was too low. So I guess I'll have to increase the LENM that I am trying to buy. Either way, I will continue to increase my HP, and see how things go. My HBD will go towards my savings for my goal until it is close enough, then I will buy more Hive with anything after.
February goals
I will use the monthly goals as usual, and I used what I had last month as a reference as my yearly goals have not been set.
- 3 Blog Posts a week (Actifit does not count for this)
- 20,200 HP
- Buy 14 LENM
Conclusion
As usual, I am just doing my usual activities on Hive at night. It's always good to look back and make sure that my own goals are on track and that I am making decent progress. Showing up each day matters and it has been paying off. Happy HPUD everyone, and good luck to everyone on your goals.

I mixed things up, and HPUD is tomorrow. I'll just power up another 10 Hive tomorrow to make up for it.

I have asked this question several times and I am yet to get a reply and here is the question; Did anyone get a badge for PUM in December 2025?
I don't know but maybe ph1102 did. He is the only one that I think is keeping track of PUM and trying to get it every month.
The reason why I keep insisting,if you run through @hivebuzz from JANUARY to NOVEMBER.of 2025 there were various numbers of users that got the badge for completing PUM for the various months.
But for December @hivebuzz it says no single user got the badge, how come?
Maybe hivebuzz had an issue with their service, and it didn't keep track of a day.
They even uploaded the list of users that meet up with the requirement.Well let see how it goes, thank you for your contribution.
Hope you hit that 14 LENM goal this month!
