The story of new crypto investors.

With the crypto market starting to wake up, with the next BTC halving in sight, we can expect some new people start getting the news about BTC and cryptocurrencies.

Of course, we can't stop people from dumping their money into shitcoins. I think that is still going to happen.

This is likely the story of new crypto investors, and what I foresee some people will experience.

  1. They will be hear about BTC.

  2. They will hear about ETH and the other major alts.

  3. They will get into buying these crypto assets after sending some fiat over.

  4. They will start to buy some alts to trade, and they will learn that the game is to accumulate BTC by trading alts.

  5. They will get euphoric with the gains.

  6. They will put in more money.

  7. They will buy more shit coins without knowing the use case much, after getting more exposure to crypto Tweets, YouTubers.

  8. Market will peak. And they won't take profit.

  9. Market will crash, and they lose 90% of what they have invested.

The last bit will be painful. The effect could be devastating. Sometimes it takes a stumble of sort for people to open their eyes.

I was like that, and thus I licked the wound and make better decisions over time with education and reflection.

That is is why it is important to do your own research before investing.

People definitely need to do research. I can definitely see people just following the headlines and it's just the normal cycle.

You are right about people going to buy shitcoin, this often happen when btc is surging ferociously many people would want to capitalise on that. I just hope and wish new investors will make a research before embarking on any meaningful investment.

The biggest mistake is to catch the moving train in this market and then not set the target, then the person only loses in this way and only those people get profit here. Those who are patient hold on.
