200K COTI Target Achieved

Today is a big day because the target of having 200K COTI staked in the COTI treasury has been achieved and has taken this entire crypto cycle to achieve. This 200K COTI target was set way back in April 2022 having at that time achieved 15K COTI so roughly the balance of 185K COTI has taken 41 months to accumulate. This highlights what consistency over a period of time can achieve and one must just persevere and keep moving forward.

What next would be the next question and it has to be more of the same seeing how much can be accumulated before selling. If the peak of the market is in late November then possibly this final staking number could be in the region of 220K.

The problem is the fees that have a cost when moving tokens and cashing out which I expect to be in the region of 2.5%. The staking earns you daily rewards, but if you break the staking contract there are small penalties to pay so it is something you have to budget for. There is also abridge that needs to be sued moving the tokens from Metamask to an exchange which is also not free. On 200K that is 5000 tokens so I would like to make sure I have more than a solid 200K COTI when cashing out. 5K COTI at the last all time high would represent $3.4K which would be lost to fees and realistically it could rise to $5K or more depending on what price COTI ends up on. This is nothing when you could be cashing out anywhere from $150K -$400k and that is a realistic figure which could be higher.

The next cycle will be interesting as this will be the first cycle that the starting number will not be 0 and having a decent sized starting stake will make a huge difference to the outcome in 2029. The idea of selling high and buying back low does excite me knowing that one can do a 10 x or more on their stake token numbers. If one can get the selling and buying timings close to the peaks and lows then it can be the difference from making $4 a day which is the current earning value or $40 at the same token price.

The crazy thing about crypto is you do not have to see Lambo prices in order to become rich as long as you have a decent size bag of tokens. The wealth I see differently and see the wealth in what the stake is able to generate daily as an income. A COTI token at $0.50c with a 2 million COTI stake could realistically be earning $4-$6K monthly and that is the region of where I am targeting for the next cycle. This may be well off and would be happy with $1K monthly so we shall see what happens.

The ability to grow and accumulate is what is important here as this is the knowledge we have learned over the years and have mastered this technique. By the time we see mass adoption taking place which I expect to happen within the next 4 year cycle our bags will be so big highlighting the value of being early adopters.
