Chat GPT has taken down some entry level jobs

It is a true fact that AI is replacing the job of many people, and mostly it is done at the entry level. Experienced people can survive, but entry-level people are struggling to find jobs because of AI. There is also another advantage for freshers, where if one stream is not working out, they can always switch to a different stream, as they are just getting started.

Ever since AI started becoming popular, today even during interviews, this has become an important question where the candidates are expected to have some basic understanding of AI and the use of Chat GPT. As businesses are trying to use AI to improve efficiency in the job and to reduce the employee count, it is a very common question to see if the candidates are already having some basic AI knowledge or not. Some companies that had AI restrictions inside the office are also opening their gates now as they understand that AI is a vital element that can improve the efficiency of the employees.

Below are some of the jobs that are being taken up by AI now and in the future; this can become a 100% AI job without any need for humans.

  • HR Job of shortlisting candidates for an interview.
  • A service desk job where the team handles service requests.
  • Content writers
  • SEO experts
  • Developers using specific technology

There are a lot more in the above list, and I have added only a few that came to my mind. Now that AI is taking care of these jobs, if people are looking for jobs in these categories, they should already start looking for different types of jobs. Maybe in the later stage for people with years of experience, this may not be a threat, but during the early stage, this type of jobs may not be an option.

Any creative job can have its place right now. For example, someone who can design the layout of the website can still have their job because even though AI can create designs, the human touch is important in that. But in order to convert that design to code, it is enough if we share the screenshot of the design with AI. There are AI tools that creates excellent websites just based on the prompts given. If we explain what we require to the AI, it gives us the complete code of the application. This applies to both applications as well as website layouts.

AI will not replace humans. Humans using AI will replace those humans who don't know how to use AI. Yet, A-Players will always be in demand by cool companies because nuance, comedy, pain, cultural awareness, and our human-ness can't still be replaced by AI.

No lies, AI is taking over already but some aspect still need to be controlled by humans even though AI is doing it. A typical example of a spot being handled by AI that gets me angry is the customer service spot. I dislike the fact that I'm complaining my problem and a bot is saying what's in its mind without giving attention to my reports🥹

It is absolutely true that when robot technology came in the same way, even today robots are doing delivery work in many countries and people's jobs have been lost. Artificial intelligence will also do the same and many people's jobs will be lost, but work will start getting done much faster.

Humanoid robots are getting rampant these days but the truth is, they can never replace human.
We have emotions, we can think and they can’t

Most are only just starting to realize that the combination of Ai and humanoid robots can do any job people can do. Yep, any job.

Once they get trained up, it will be hard for people to find work. We need to start adapting now.

While AI automates many tasks, human creativity and critical thinking remain irreplaceable. It's all about leveraging AI as a tool to enhance our skills, not replace us.

It's a situation that arises with technological advances; however, there's a trap they're naively falling into.

I'll give you an example that happened in Germany a few years ago and was the subject of economics studies a few years ago:

In a factory in a German town, a large amount of labor was used in different departments; the entire town lived off the factory's work.
Seeking to increase profits, the factory automated itself, to the point that they only needed about four people.

Profits increased significantly, but people were unemployed, and they stopped spending money and moved to the other city.

You need to pay people so that people will spend money on products and services. When you replace them with a machine, the machine doesn't move money, and saving a lot of money is pointless. If there are almost no people paying for the products, money doesn't circulate.

Sorry for the long answer. I tried to summarize it. The topic is quite broad and has already been studied in economics. I don't understand why it isn't being taken into account in the current situation. It's as if they were blind.
