En esta historia conoceremos al genio Iblis (Kim Woo Bin) un ser creado por días luego de los ángeles, el cual se había convertido en el líder de los espíritus tras una larga lucha contra sus hermanos los ángeles, debido a que los genios sobre todo Iblis no quería aceptar a la raza humana ni menos ponerse a sus pies, lo cual para Dios no era aceptado y menos para los ángeles sobre todo para el ángel de la muerte Ejlael (Steve Noh), pero para Iblis todo cambiara cuando conoce a Ki Ga Young (Susy) una niña que por querer salvar a los demás pide sus deseos, sin darse cuenta que un deseo no bien descrito puede causar más daño que salvación, por lo que su último deseo los uniría para siempre.
Luego de tantos años, Iblis vuelve a encontrar a Ki Ga en otra vida, por lo cual ella no lo recuerda, pero en esta ella es una psicópata, abandonada por sus padres y hermanas, criada por su abuela, que pese a saber su condición de no presentar sentimientos ni algún tipo de emoción, y un aparente deseo a matar, la cría sola y con el mejor cariño y enseñanza para que ella pueda estar bien y no querer matar, aunque con Iblis es inevitable ese deseo de querer golpearlo, quizás por la misma conexión que tienen de su vida anterior o el simple hecho que por más que lo golpea no muere.
Para ambos es un momento no solo para saldar cosas del pasado, resolver lo que sus primeros deseos causaron, sino también comprender del uno al otro como un deseo por más inocente que sea puede causar un daño sino es correctamente dicho, sino es pensado con cautela, así como el pedir un deseo puede causar sacar lo peor de una persona, caer en la tentación y hacer algo incorrecto, de la misma manera como puede ayudar a otros y los mismos ser llevados a cabo de la mejor manera, no todos son perfectos, algunos llegan a pedir cosas buenas otros sencillamente no, pero no por eso la humanidad está mal, y ahí Iblis ira comprendiendo, así como la naturaleza en como la falta de empatía, de emociones que te permiten acercarte a los demás puede afectar tu ritmo de vida.
Ki Ga parecía ser la mala por el simple hecho de no tener ninguna emoción, pero pese a su condición demostrara que hay personas que pueden fingir teniendo emociones y hacer daño que aquella que no la tiene, de igual manera nuestro Genio nos llenara el camino de deseos que pueden ser cumplidos en su momento, pero al mismo tiempo ¿Crees que se puede recordar a ver pedido esos deseos? Invito a disfrutar de la historia y saber cómo serán capaces ellos dos de resolver sus problemas, podrán dar paso a un sentimiento llamado amor y tentar a que los demás pidan sus deseos.
