Letting my Children Play Outside and became Dirty for a while, I bought a Dump truck and a Bicycle for them to Enjoy and Have Fun

Hello dear parents of this community. How are you? It’s been a while since I posted a blog, so let me share a new blog again in this community.

As a parent, I always make sure that my kids are enjoying their time as a kid. I don’t want them to indulge on so much screen time because I observe that when they spend their time on screen rather than playing, they become more aggressive and they tantrum a lot. So, I make a solution for them to lessen their screen time. I bought a bicycle and a dump truck for them.

My first born, at first, he was afraid to ride his bike, but later on he enjoyed it and rides it every morning, I asked him if he was happy, and he said that he was very happy.

Also, my second born, he was very excited to ride his bike too. Although he can’t pedal it because he can’t really reach the pedals, I just push it for him to enjoy his ride.

Sometimes he just wanted to ride on the back of his brother and became a passenger. His brother was also willing to become his driver. As a mother, I was happy that as they grow, their bond is inseparable. I always tell them that they must love and protect each other because they are siblings.

I also bought each of them a big dump truck. Honestly, I already bought a lot for them, but it ends up that they will break it just after a week of buying their toy. The other wheels are gone or there is already a crack on it. This time I told them, if they break it again. This will be the last. Haha

They also enjoyed playing the dump truck, it was so adorable to see them enjoy their time outside. They put some small rocks and sand. It’s fine that they become dirty for a while when playing outside. According to some it will build their immune system. I also make sure after playing, I wash them because they tend to put their fingers on their mouth especially when eating.

As mother it was hard sometimes not to put them on screen, because of some chores that I need to do, it makes me guilty. So, buying toys that they really enjoy is a remedy for me because it lessens their screen time and it will build their immune system.

To all moms like me, who are struggling to lessen the screen time of their children, don’t give up! Talked to your kid, what are the things that they loved to play aside from watching televisions or playing video games. Make time also to play with them.

Right now, my kids are having lesser screen time, because of the toys I bought for them. It also became a habit that every morning my kids would ride their bicycles, and I’m really happy for that.
