My daughters' first extracurricular experience [ Eng/Esp]
Greetings community, today I want to tell you that my daughters are participating in an extracurricular activity outside of their studies, and that is dance. It is the first time they have attended this type of activity, and they are very happy to be having this experience.
Some people told me about these extracurricular options, which are very good for children. For now, they are doing dance because I can see that they have a talent for it. They started on Friday at 5:00 p.m. with two ladies, six girls, and two boys. The instructor told me that they needed to make costumes for their performances.
That day, a seamstress came to take the measurements for the costumes of all the dance members. They started with my daughters and finished with the rest of the group. After taking the measurements, everyone gathered to explain what dance is.

Dance is a series of harmonious body movements performed to music, allowing expression through the body without words.
The purpose of dance is varied; it can serve as recreation, therapy, or a way to connect the mind, body, and spirit... After discussing this extracurricular activity, they did a warm-up to avoid injury from sudden movements.
The instructor then divided the group into two parts; I could see that one group was more agile than the other. My daughters were being guided to learn the movements.

With patience and practice, my daughters can achieve this; dance will be a moment of liberation from their daily routine for them. I think it is up to me, as a mum, to make a plan to balance their study time with their recreation and enjoyment, so that they can accomplish everything.

Saludos comunidad, hoy quiero contarles que mis hijas están participando en una actividad extraescolar fuera de sus estudios y es la danza. Es la primera vez que asisten a este tipo de actividades, y se sienten muy felices de vivir está experiencia.
Había personas que me decían de estas opciones extraescolares que son muy buenas para los niños; por el momento están en danza, porque observo que tienen destreza para ello. Iniciaron el viernes a las 5:00 de la tarde, dos señoras, 6 niñas y 2 niños; la instructora me dijo que había que hacer un vestuario para sus presentaciones.
Ese día fue una costurera a tomar las medidas del vestuario a todos los integrantes de la danza. Comenzaron con mis hijas para terminar con el resto del grupo; luego de tomar las medidas, todos se reunieron para explicar lo que es la danza.

La danza es una serie de movimientos corporales armoniosos ejecutados con música donde se puede expresar con el cuerpo sin emitir palabras.
El propósito de la danza es variado; puede servir de recreación, terapia, así como para conectar la mente, el cuerpo y el espíritu... Posteriormente a haber hablado de esta actividad extraescolar, hicieron calentamiento para evitar lesiones en el cuerpo por movimientos bruscos.
La instructora después dividió el grupo en dos partes; pude percibir que un grupo era más ágil que el otro. Mis hijas estaban siendo guiadas para aprender los movimientos.

Con paciencia y práctica, mis hijas lo pueden lograr; la danza será para ellas un momento de liberación de su rutina diaria. Pienso que me toca, como mamá, hacer una planificación para equilibrar sus tiempos de estudio con respecto a su recreación y disfrute, de manera que puedan cumplir con todo.
