OJUNG NOWANG // Hidden paradise in the middle of a mountain valley

Ojung Nowang is a roadside rest area, and we will find this place when we want to go around the tawar sea, there are no facilities in this place, there are no stalls, no chairs, most people will sit directly on the grass or on their own vehicles, but even though it does not have any facilities, this place is still a target for tourists to rest, do you know why.? Yes, because the scenery here is very beautiful.

However, the distance of this place is quite far from the city center so it will be very tiring, usually I will always stop at this place when traveling around the tawar sea, but do not make this place your only destination. On the way to this place I also had time to capture many views on the side of the road, even though I had to stop for a moment but everything felt quite fun to do.

As usual, the natural atmosphere feels quite refreshing, there are many beautiful views that can be seen, so even though this trip is quite far and draining, the results are also very satisfying. On this trip I didn't stop too much but I asked my partner to take pictures of some of the beautiful views that can be seen from the road.

These are some of the natural scenery that I captured in several different places, but I forgot the exact location. When the weather is good everything looks quite perfect, but it's different if you travel around the tawar sea when it rains, then all you can see is the road and thick fog, so if you want to enjoy the beauty of nature like this, then we have to make sure of the weather first.

When we go around the tawar sea, we can not only see the natural scenery, because we will also be able to see many cafe buildings, homestays, restaurants, camping areas, and many other spectacular places, of course all of them are on the side of the road, but focusing on the road remains the most important thing, because the route taken is very extreme

Apart from the extreme route, there are also many high cliffs on the side of the road which are very susceptible to landslides, especially during the rainy season, and many accidents occur due to landslides.But from a distance I managed to see a beautiful natural view, and I think it is the Ojung Nowang area, knowing this makes me impatient to get there soon, my hope is to enjoy every natural beauty offered by the place.

After traveling for about a minute, I finally arrived at the place, and yes, this is the Ojung Nowang roadside rest area.

This place is right on top of the hills, so from this place we can see many views with a wide and free view, but at that time my partner and I did not feel tired, so we chose not to rest in this place, and preferred to continue the journey to the tourist attractions that are right below this place.

The distance to the tourist spot is not too far, but the road access is very damaged and there are many bends and inclines, so it is not easy to pass, but seeing the very beautiful scenery that is right below me, made me still dare to pass this road.

But according to my partner, this is not a tourist spot, and just an ordinary place that is often used by people as a place to pitch a tent, because the view offered by this place is truly amazing, and at that time we had different opinions about this place, because I still believe that this is a tourist spot.

And to make sure, we decided to approach this place closer, and when we were very close, we were immediately amazed by its natural beauty which made us forget about the previous argument Lol.

Actually, we wanted to go down to the beach, but my partner didn't want to because he was afraid, because the place looked deserted at that time, especially since I was on this trip just the two of me and my partner, and I just agreed with the statement made by my partner.

The weather at that time was also very hot, the sun was shining brightly on the earth, the good news was that there was not the slightest bit of fog blocking this beautiful view, and after capturing the beauty of nature, we immediately continued our journey.
