Located about 5km from the center of Pu Luong eco-tourism area, Ban Lan is an interesting destination for tourists. I don't know when Ban Lan village's brocade weaving profession existed. I only know that the oldest person still doing this job in Ban Lan village is 70 years old, and she said that she learned this job from her grandmother.

When you set foot in this village, you will immediately be greeted by the friendly smiles of the villagers. And when you go from the beginning of the village to the end of the village, you will see many beautiful brocade weaving products. All of these products are meticulously woven by hand.

People here have a peaceful life at the foot of the limestone mountains. They make a living mainly by weaving and some of them work in the fields. And they all have a simple but very happy life, which is shown through their warm smiles.

My grandmother also woven rugs. I often helped her in this case. I loved doing it.
It was a long time ago, more than 40 years ago.
The design of the loom was about the same as in the photographs, but only more solid, and sturdy.

Oh yes, somehow people around the world share something in common even though, we live very far from each other, it's great, right!
Thank you very much!

Both the place you presented and the photos are amazing, I'm glad to see the simplicity on the faces of the people you photograph, you see, we here in Romania don't have those rice terraces.

I believe that Romania has something we don't have here in Vietnam too. That's the beauty of diversity, right?
Thank you very much!
