The Uprising: A Poetry
(Edited)
In a prison,
Quite deep...
They lie,
Shackled
In pain
& untold
Misery...
Chained
To their fate.
All but one.
He who hath,
This divine
Spark within,
To lead his
People
From the dark
Dungeons
And shadows
Of vile
Apathy...
To a future
Bright
& free
From servitude
Of demons...
To servitude
Of Self.
Doth one man,
And many more
Lead the uprising
Forever more...
For a new world
To born,
The old must die.
So it was,
& so it shalth
Be.

A powerful, almost prophetic piece rich with symbolism and revolutionary spirit. It echoes the timeless struggle for liberation and inner awakening.
