Paseo Gastronómico Artesanal//Artisanal Gastronomic Walk

Queridos amigos de @hiveargentina, me complace compartir con ustedes en esta comunidad, lo bonito que pasamos la tarde, en una feria gastronómica que había en el parque que frecuento en Avellaneda. Me llamó la atención que no se dio a conocer acerca de un evento específico, como siempre. Simplemente, dimos un paseo y nos topamos con varios puestos que vendían diferentes y deliciosas comidas, dulces y bebidas. Así que, ¡vamos a disfrutar de todas estas delicias gastronómicas!

![ingles]Dear friends of @hiveargentina, I'm pleased to share with you in this community what a lovely afternoon we had at a food fair in the park I frequent in Avellaneda. It caught my attention that, as usual, no specific event was announced. We simply strolled around and came across several stands selling different and delicious foods, sweets, and drinks. So, let's enjoy all these culinary delights!

Esta es la mortadela más grande que he visto. Este grupo de charcuteros preparó esta mortadela gigante al momento. Como en otras ocasiones, estos artesanos culinarios, siempre destacan en la presentación de sus productos, pues ya hemos tenido la fortuna de probarlos. Les puedo asegurar que la mortadela es de buena calidad, con un sabor especial, y la sirven con pan de campo. Preparan los panes, como si fueran hamburguesas. Un buen producto.

![ingles]The biggest mortadella I've ever seen.. This group of charcuterie chefs prepared this giant mortadella to order. As on other occasions, these culinary artisans always excel in the presentation of their products, as we have already had the good fortune to try them. I can assure you that the mortadella is of good quality, with a special flavor, and it is served with country bread. Prepare the rolls as if they were hamburgers. A good product.

El carro que ven ahora, tiene un nombre muy peculiar. ¿Y vos qué tomás? Pues suena interesante, ya que son pocos los carros que tienen algún tipo de refresco. Aunque no precisamente era refresco, porque realmente lo que expendían ellos eran bebidas alcohólicas con sabor a frutas tropicales. Lo mejor es que son tragos típicos de Cuba, y Brasil Daiquirí, (zumo de lima, ron y sirope de azúcar) y caipiroska, (vodka, jugo de lima y azúcar), piña colada, (la piña fresca, la leche de coco y el ron blanco.) y licuados combinados con leche y licor dulce con hielo. En fin, este es el carro de los tragos dulces hasta de bananas con leche.

![ingles]The cart you see now has a very peculiar name. And what do you drink? Well, it sounds interesting, since few carts carry any kind of soft drink. Although it wasn't exactly soft drinks, because what they really sold were alcoholic beverages flavored with tropical fruits. The best part is that they are typical drinks from Cuba and Brazil: Daiquiri (lime juice, rum, and sugar syrup) and Caipiroska (vodka, lime juice, and sugar), Piña Colada (fresh pineapple, coconut milk, and white rum), and smoothies combined with milk and sweet liquor on the rocks. In short, this is the cart for sweet drinks, even bananas with milk.

En esta imagen, pueden observar que la especialidad que ofrecen. Es todo lo que tiene que ver con dulces, panes y café. El nombre de esta pastelería es "Abuela Bernarda". En este local, sí que tuve la oportunidad de saborear un delicioso café caliente, con leche. Los dulces y alfajores, no los probé, porque estoy eliminando el consumo de azúcar y las harinas, entre otros. Pero mi hijo les garantiza, que los dulces, son deliciosos. Él, compró un budín y lo acompañó con un rico café con leche. Es una de las mejores pastelerías que ha pasado por este complejo ferial. Por lo cual, es muy recomendada esta panadería artesanal.

![ingles]In this image, you can see the specialty they offer. It's all sweets, breads, and coffee. The name of this bakery is "Abuela Bernarda." I did have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious hot coffee with milk here. I didn't try the sweets and alfajores because I'm cutting out sugar and flour, among other things. But my son can assure you that the sweets are delicious. He bought a pudding and accompanied it with a delicious coffee with milk. It's one of the best bakeries I've visited at this fairgrounds. Therefore, this artisan bakery is highly recommended.

Acá tenemos, el local, de nombre On The Road, que se especializa en Hot Dog, o perros calientes, como los llamamos en Venezuela. Estos son preparados a la mexicana, italianos, tipo, pizza, americano, etc. Lo que quiere decir, que ellos tienen para complacer a todos los gustos. No los probé por razones de control, pero se veían provocativos. Así que lo que más me gustó fue que, lo podían combinar con lo que se te antojara. Buenos puntos para ellos

![ingles]Here we have the place called On The Road, which specializes in hot dogs, or hot dogs, as we call them in Venezuela. These are prepared Mexican, Italian, pizza, American, etc. Which means they have something to please all tastes. I didn't try them for safety reasons, but they looked tempting. So what I liked most was that you could combine them with whatever you were craving. Big points for them.

Las cervezas artesanales, a la orden del día. Bier life, mi favorita la Honey. Ahí sí me tomé una bien fría. No había otra manera de refrescarme. Lo interesante es este mensaje: Mi vida es una birra, ¿Y la tuya? Pregunta sin respuesta. Ellos ofrecen también otros sabores de cerveza artesanal. Me gustó la camioneta, por cierto.

![ingles]Craft beers are the order of the day. Bier life, my favorite being Honey. I had a really cold one there. There was no other way to cool off. The interesting thing is this message: My life is a beer, and yours? A question without an answer. They also offer other flavors of craft beer. I liked the truck, by the way.

Llegamos a donde venden los helados. ¡Qué deliciosos! Allí sí me senté a comer helado, sobre todo el de la leche de coco. Las combinaciones de sabores estaba genial. Solo la pedías eligiendo tus favoritos, y listo. ¡Saborear una rica barquilla, no tiene nombre, cuando hay mucho sol! Por lo tanto, si ven esta camioneta en alguna feria, solo tienen que pedir su helado favorito.

![ingles] We arrived at the ice cream truck. How delicious! I sat down there to eat ice cream, especially the coconut milk one. The flavor combinations were fantastic. You just ordered your favorites, and that's it. Savoring a delicious cone is unbelievable when the sun is shining! So, if you see this truck at a fair, just order your favorite ice cream.

Quienes quedaron de último, pero no menos importante, son los encargados de la venta de los famosos Tequeños venezolanos" nuestros deditos de queso envueltos en harina más famosos. Estos tequeños se pueden comer en el desayuno, almuerzo o cena. Para celebraciones, funcionan de maravilla. De todos los carros, este fue mi favorito, pero tampoco lo pude comer. Solo si me atrevía a comerlos sin culpa, y eso no ocurrió.

![INGLES]Last but not least are those in charge of selling the famous "Tequeños Venezolanos," our most famous flour-wrapped cheese sticks. These tequeños can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They work wonders for celebrations. Of all the carts, this one was my favorite, but I couldn't eat it either. Only if I dared to eat them without guilt, and that didn't happen.
