La fiebre del cookies & cream ahora es Bebible / Cookies & cream fever is now drinkable

Una combinación que nunca falla al momento de merendar es la leche con galletas, y quizás por esa razón, algunas de las empresas dedicadas a la producción de alimentos, buscan emular este particular sabor en productos de fácil consumo.

Hasta ahora he probado esta combinación junto con café instantáneo, de la cual hice una reseña hace algunos años atrás, y que ha sido dentro de toda la gama de cafés, la que más me ha gustado, pues es como comprar un café en una cafetería, pero que puedes hacer desde casa.

Sin embargo, en días recientes, encontré esa misma combinación pero en un formato bebible, listo para ser consumido, que es el sabor más reciente de la marca Serenísima, que suele ofrecer algunos productos solo por promoción para la estación de invierno del 2025.

Al no ser tan costoso este producto que viene en formato de sachet de litro, el impulso por comprarlo hizo que devolviera un par de cosas al anaquel para no descompensar mi presupuesto de compra de ese día, pero logré llevarlo conmigo.

Los llamados "bebibles" de la línea de Serenísima están en un punto medio entre los dos productos estrella de esta compañía láctea, pues su textura no es tan espesa como el yogurt pero tampoco tan ligera como la leche, así que pueden tomarse como jugo, o mezclarse con otros para elevar su nivel de sabor.

Primero lo probé frío, con el desayuno, y aunque me pareció muy dulce al principio, luego me gustó que cumple lo que ofrece, pero no me pareció que fuera una bebida para tomarse fría, así que para la merienda lo mezcle con un poco de leche caliente, y el nivel fue superior, ya que al hacerlo con leche en polvo, logré que espesara un poco más y darle una textura de merengada que fue sublime al paladar.

Es, además, un producto versátil que puede usarse para hacer helados caseros, o mezclarlo con el café para darle un sabor diferente. Realmente quedé encantada con el producto, aunque por ser de temporada, probablemente no lo lleguen a producir luego de un tiempo, pero mientras esté espero poder aprovecharlo.

The so-called “drinkables” of the Serenísima line are somewhere in between the two star products of this dairy company, as their texture is not as thick as yogurt but not as light as milk, so they can be drunk as juice, or mixed with others to elevate their flavor level.

First I tried it cold, with breakfast, and although it seemed very sweet at first, then I liked that it fulfills what it offers, but I did not think it was a drink to be taken cold, so for the afternoon snack I mixed it with a little hot milk, and the level was higher, since by making it with powdered milk, I managed to thicken it a little more and give it a meringue texture that was sublime to the palate.

It is also a versatile product that can be used to make homemade ice cream, or mixed with coffee to give it a different flavor. I was really delighted with the product, although because it is seasonal, it will probably not be produced after a while, but while it is there I hope to be able to take advantage of it.
