So I finished school, I walked for about four years, you know, in this company that runs food chains on transit routes in Nigeria. So I was creative director at the time. And then I resigned, right? Of course, I was in my side also before I resigned. So when I resigned, I started.

Chasing my own things, you know, now started doing what's the CEOs will do, you know, so you have to chase money at the same time balance what's happening. And I I remember then I wouldn't I won't have time to sleep.

From everything about you.Millennials have energy, right? The older generations is the jump a lot. The HR guys are calm.

In the last episode and talked about how the energy can be utilized to get results. From a perspective, what do you think the value of millennials are?

Right now, especially African millennials, yeah, I am one. I am a millennial. So speaking from my own perspective and my relationship with millennials as well, yes. So it's a fact like that. Millennials are dynamic driven.

Brazilian, you know, they have the room to be very creative and innovative also, you know, really restless and hungry for.Hungry for success and all of that. However, having said that, I experienced so far in millennials is that yeah, we're resilient, we're dreaming and all of that. We like to get things done regardless, okay?
