5 Minute Freewrite - Include Her

Doing a challenge on 5 minute Freewrite, please see below for my story:

Carrie had always felt like she was on the outside looking in. No matter how hard she tried, she never quite fit in with her peers. She was always the one who was left out when it came to social gatherings or activities.

One day, her friends had decided to go to the beach and Carrie was feeling the familiar sadness of once again being excluded. That was until one of them asked her to come along.

At first, she was hesitant, convinced that she wasn't wanted. But the more her friends begged her to join them, the more she realized that maybe they did include her after all.

So, with a newfound sense of courage, Carrie accepted the invitation and went along to the beach with her friends. She had an amazing day with them, filled with sun, sand and laughter.

By the end of the day, Carrie felt welcomed and included for the first time in a long time. She had made memories that would stay with her forever. From then on, Carrie was determined to make sure everyone she knew felt included and accepted too.
