Playing Life's Rugby Without a Captain [ENG-SPA]

Talking about rugby is entering the world of sports because it is an activity in which you necessarily have to work as a team. Unlike American football, where players participate wearing protective gear, in rugby there is no such protection for your body, so the injuries suffered are usually very severe since it is a contact sport.
It is interesting because to advance in the game you have to carry this ball that is like an oval in your hands, and you can only pass the ball to the people or players who are behind you, so you have to have a strategy to play it.
Of course, you need, as in every game, a captain or a coach who suggests ideas and teaches tactics on how to move on the field or use the ball. Also, unlike American football and traditional football (soccer), there are no defined roles within the team; that is, there are no players who play as defenders or others who play as attackers, but everyone can attack and defend at the same time.
You can score goals by throwing the ball from afar, or you can take the ball directly to the goal, to the opposite goal.
The curious thing about this game is that, unlike soccer, you play by carrying the ball in your hands and not kicking it with your feet. This makes me think of several analogies with the life we currently live in the building. For example, a great rugby game is being held, and the opposing team consists of people who do not understand that there are those who do not have the necessary resources to be able to collaborate.
So there is a fight between two teams: those who want to repair things in the building and those who do not want to achieve it but do not have the resources to participate in it and therefore automatically belong to the opposing team.
Like me, I do want things to work in the building, the elevator to work, and for us to have a good place to live, but I do not have the resources to be able to contribute to it.
And apparently, the opposing team cares little about that; what they are interested in is the benefit for them and for the building, and not the situation that we live in.
The people who are on the opposing team, as always, human interest has its tendency to go to the side that suits it and to play this way.
This rugby in life is very difficult because the team I belong to at the moment does not have a captain or a coach, but a team of people where everyone has their own ideas and where everyone works for their own benefit.
In this, we are equal to our rivals, except that our rivals do have a captain and have a structure. I actually prefer that we continue without a captain and without a structure, but I would like us to have defined a goal or a way of action so that all, without needing someone to tell us what to do, go towards the same objective and were clear about what to do in this game.
Definitely, it's a game that I don't think we're going to win because we don't have coordination.
But well, this is what I can say in relation to rugby and the small analogy I made of rugby with the building and situations in life, because they can only happen in this building case, but also in different situations in life where we are really players and we are fighting to be able to reach the goal.

Es interesante porque para poder avanzar en el juego tienes que llevar este balón que es como un óvalo en tus manos y solo puedes pasar el balón a las personas o jugadores que están detrás de ti, por lo que tienes que tener una estrategia para poder jugarlo.
Por supuesto, necesitas, como en todo juego, un capitán o un entrenador que sugiera ideas y enseñe tácticas sobre cómo moverse en el campo o usar el balón. También, a diferencia del fútbol americano y del fútbol tradicional, no hay roles definidos dentro del equipo; es decir, no hay jugadores que jueguen como defensores u otros que jueguen como atacantes, sino que todos pueden atacar y defender al mismo tiempo.
Y puedes anotar goles lanzando el balón desde lejos o puedes llevar el balón directamente a la meta, a la portería contraria.
Lo curioso de este juego es que, a diferencia del fútbol, se juega llevando el balón en las manos y no pateándolo con los pies.
Esto me hace pensar en varias analogías con la vida que vivimos actualmente en el edificio. Por ejemplo, se está llevando a cabo un gran juego de rugby y el equipo contrario son personas que no entienden que hay quienes no tienen los recursos necesarios para poder colaborar.
Entonces hay una lucha entre dos equipos: aquellos que quieren reparar cosas en el edificio y aquellos que no quieren lograrlo, pero no tienen los recursos para participar en ello y, por lo tanto, automáticamente pertenecen al equipo contrario.
Como yo, sí quiero que las cosas funcionen en el edificio, que el ascensor funcione y que tengamos un buen lugar para vivir, pero no tengo los recursos para poder contribuir a ello.
Y, aparentemente, al equipo contrario le importa poco eso; lo que les interesa es el beneficio para ellos y para el edificio, y no la situación que vivimos. Las personas que están en el equipo contrario, como siempre, el interés del ser humano tiene su tendencia a ir al lado que le conviene y jugar de esta manera.
Este rugby en la vida es muy difícil porque el equipo al que pertenezco en este momento no tiene un capitán ni un entrenador, sino un equipo de personas donde cada uno tiene sus propias ideas y donde cada uno trabaja por su propio beneficio.
En esto somos iguales a nuestros rivales, solo que nuestros rivales sí tienen un capitán y tienen una estructura.
En realidad, prefiero que sigamos sin capitán y sin estructura, pero me gustaría que tuviéramos definido un objetivo o una forma de acción para que todos, sin necesidad de que alguien nos diga qué hacer, fuéramos al mismo objetivo y supiéramos claramente qué hacer en este juego.
Definitivamente, es un juego que no creo que vayamos a ganar porque no tenemos coordinación.
Pero bueno, esto es lo que puedo decir en relación al rugby y la pequeña analogía que hice del rugby con el edificio y las situaciones en la vida, porque solo pueden pasar en este caso del edificio, pero en diferentes situaciones en la vida donde realmente somos jugadores y estamos luchando para poder llegar a la meta.
