How Far Is Too Far? | ZAPFIC MONDAY (Week of 11/3/25) | Prompt: petty (insignificante)
This week's ZAPFIC Monday challenge centers around the prompt "petty" and presented the opportunity to explore human nature as it relates to emotional intelligence. How individuals handle relationships determine how successful the unions are. Numerous factors are involved when those relationships turn sour and end in discord. It doesn't have to be that way. But many people aren't equipped at resolving conflict.
After the breakdown of relationships, many are unable to handle the failure and place blame and shame on others, never looking inward. I share a story along the lines of the prompt "petty" which is the actions of those without emotional intelligence.

My story is below:
It wasn't that Jenn felt bitter toward Sean after the messy breakup.
It was Sean flaunting his new love interest on social media.
So a photo of Jenn next to the new woman with inappropriate tags
suggesting her flaws finally broke her silence.
