We have many kinds of people in the workplace, with many generally interacting with the masses and having all kinds of juicy lunch talk etc, but there is small group of individuals whom amazed me.

These are the people whom lived in an ivory tower, whom can appear out of the blue and asked what exactly had happened recently or when the urgent crisis period is over, asked weird question like they have absolutely no idea what happened.

They are natural hermits and know how to disengage with everything that is happening in the office. But their ability to not know what's going or totally vanish during crisis is something that can annoy others.

And many times, these are the people whom are holding up alot of resources and so find your hiding colleagues and make use of their resource.
