We are now coming to an age where false advertising is very prevalent among us. While there seem to be some truth, the majority of the advertising is all made of fluff and it brings danger to buyers like you and I.

In terms of food products, many claimed to contain certain additives that are beneficial for health, but how often are they being tested and ensured that those compounds are truly present in them. It is rather worrying as we will be actually consuming these, while at times it could be good that some of these stuff is not present but sometimes other stuff are added especially those that can bring harm to our body. For non-food products, it goes the same way where sources are not clear and if certain components might have shorter lifetime than expected.

So let's always exercise some caution and be mindful of what we are buying than being swindled by the beautiful advertisement that overclaim things that are not present.
