Too often we fail to give people their flowers..
For how well they handle situations..
For their talents..
And so much more.

We wait until they are gone
Before we tell them that we see them
We appreciate them and we love them
And then by their grave side
We write them epistle..

Sadly, they never know how much they meant to us.
Or how much they've been a positive impact on our lives..
Think about it?

Rather than writing them when they are gone?
Why don't we start giving them their flowers?
Credit them for being real..
For being peaceful..
For being resourceful..

At your place of work..
On the street..
At home..
Even on social media..

Those beautiful and kind words..
Might be the thread they are hanging upon..
It might be the fuel that's been driving them..
So learn to give people their flowers when they can smell them..

It's about time we normalize being kind and thoughtful every single day.
It's about time we don't hold back from telling people how much we love them.
And how valuable they are to us.
