There in the hinterlands getting proper medication is usually a big challenge to the inhabitants. Successive administrations have tried in their little ways to set up cottage hospitals around but they are usually poorly funded.

Kelex was a medical student. He could not finish his studies as he was rusticated at the fourth grade due to his poor performance in the written exams but perfect with tht practicals. His parents had spent fortunes just to make sure he secured the admission. Unfortunately now he had dropped out.

Kelex did not give up his ambition to practice medicine. He decided to relocate to the hinterlands, in an obscure place and set up a clinic. Initially people were not coming. However, with the passage of time he started having patients. The way and manner he handle cases endeared him to the patients who kept coming and even referring other sick people.

Kelex's misterious clinic started booming. The news spread far and wide. Other hospitals started caving in as patients started coming in their numbers. This entails that Kelex needs some helping hands. How is he going to do it when she already knows that he does not have a license to practice.

Kelex took the bold step and floated copies of adverts within the hinterland. The authorities saw it and ran a check immediately. Kelex was found out!

The next day they drove down to his mysterious clinic and found out for themselves how it was bubbling with patients trooping in and out. With the help of some security men the clinic was sealed off.

The next day, recovered patients and their relations too to the streets demanding immediate reopening of the clinic. According to them, whether Kelex has the license or not, he is producing positive results already.
