Good morning!

How was your days behind? Mine was okay okay-ish. Someone bring out a gratitude journal for those of us who need something 'big' to happen before we think something good is happening. But me? I am feeling grateful today for all those things that seem mundane butbtake them away and we'll all be miserable.

I have had this piece for quite a while now. Probably since the beginning of April, if not the end of March. I wanted to make a lot of cute stuff this month but life had other plans so pushing forward with that plan.

For this piece I wanted a pink theme and I had thoughts of lollipops, using symmetry and then adding variations so it's not symmetrical. Toppings like cake or ice cream, soft but not too soft kind of like the things I like and I cqn say I love the finished piece. I wish I could make more of these.
