At the beginning of the episode you see how a man is in front of his wife, she is terrified to see that her husband's head is disfigured into pieces becoming a kind of giant mouth and devouring his wife's head, later you see a young man sleeping in his room who wakes up desperately due to a voice but when he puts on his glasses and looks at his room and realizes that there was no one there and maybe it was just a dream, after a while he goes down to breakfast with his parents, and the father asks him if he had found the worm that he said he had seen in his room, to which he replies that his hand is numb and this is because of what his mother said, which was that he had tangled his headphones around his arm. After on the way to school a girl named Satomi tries to hit Shinichi (the protagonist) behind his back but he stops the blow with his right hand, and gets very nervous when he sees her since she was a classmate, in the middle of the conversation Shinichi without realizing it begins to touch his classmate's breasts and when he takes his hand away very nervous she hits him hard leaving very upset.

Al comenzar el episodio se ve cómo un hombre está al frente de su esposa, está se encuentra aterrorizada al ver qué la cabeza de su marido se desfigura en trozos volviéndose una especie de boca gigante y devorando la cabeza de su mujer, más adelante se ve a un joven durmiendo en su habitación que se despierta desesperadamente debido a una voz pero al ponerse sus lentes y observar su habitación y se da cuenta de que no había nadie y tal vez era solo un sueño, al poco rato este baja a desayunar con sus padres, y el padre le pregunta si había encontrado el gusano que según el había visto en su habitación a lo que este le responde que tiene la mano adormecida y esto se debe por lo que dijo su mamá, que era que se había enredado los audífonos en el brazo. Después de camino a la escuela una chica llamada Satomi intenta golpear a Shinichi (el protagonista)a sus espaldas pero este le detiene el golpe con su mano derecha, y se pone muy nervios al momento de verla ya que era una compañera de clases, en medio de la conversación Shinichi sin darse cuenta le comienza a tocar los pechos a su compañera y al quitar la mano muy nervios está le da un fuerte golpe marchandose muy molesta.

After that, Shinichi wakes up again in his class and sees that his teacher is next to him, who calls his attention and takes away his cell phone, but Shinichi does not remember having used his cell phone.

En medio de una clase Shinichi se estaba quedando dormido mientras por debajo de su mesa utilizaba su celular, pero al momento de quedar dormido empezó a soñar con lo que le había sucedido esa noche, donde el se encontraba durmiendo mientras escuchaba música con sus audífonos y una especie de gusano intento introducirse por sus oídos pero no pudo ya que estos estaban tapados, después intento meterse por su nariz pero salió volando por un estornudo de Shinichi, este al ver al gusano se asusta ya que le tenía miedo a todo tipo de insectos así que agarra una libreta para matarlo, pero no lo encontraba, y justo al instante el gusano se le lanza encima abriendo un agujero en su mano y subiendo por todo su brazo, el chico al ver eso se asusta y le impide seguir subiendo gracias a que se amarra sus audífonos en el brazo cortando su circulación, sus padres muy asustados entras a su habitación preguntándole que hacía lo cual este intenta explicarles que un gusano abrió un agujero en el brazo, pero sus padres al revisarle el brazo vieron que lo tenía en perfecto estado, por lo cual pensaron de que estaba soñando o algo. Después de eso Shinichi vuelve a despertar en su clase y ve que a su lado está su profesor que le llama la atención y le quita el movil, pero Shinichi no recuerda haber utilizado su celular

El chico lleno de pregunta intenta saber cómo es que le había sucedido eso pero la mano con un aspecto de sueño comienza a tomar su estado normal
