Saludos mis queridos Otakus de @theanimerealm. Ya casi termina la semana y hoy es un buen día para hablar de Animé. Les cuento que estuve revisando el baúl de mis recuerdos y me topé con varias cajas de DVD de todos los animé que alguna vez me obsesioné en coleccionar hasta que llegó la nube y las plataformas Streaming para cambiarlo todo. Entre las series que tengo encontré la temporada de Mirai Nikki, una serie que desde mi punto de vista está sobrevalorada y hasta la actualidad sigo manteniendo mi opinión de que fue una de las peores series de animé que he visto, déjenme y les cuento por qué.

  Recuerdo que Mirai Nikki fue uno de los animés que más me recomendaban ver, de hecho quise darle una oportunidad luego de ver historias como School Days y Elfen Lied. Sin embargo, hasta el sol de hoy siento que esta serie pudo ser una historia con una trama genial, lo que me dio a entender en un inicio que tenía potencial pero a medida que la historia avanzaba, todo se fue en picada, hasta acabar siendo una de las peores series que vi y que no perderé mi tiempo viendo más de una vez.

  Y es que su autor, básicamente tuvo un golpe de suerte al crear una trama super interesante de unos diarios que predecían el futuro y que el protagonista obtuvo uno para hacer su vida más interesante, completando así la cantidad necesaria de participantes para llevar a cabo un juego perverso entre ellos tipo El Juego del Calamar pero donde el premio sería convertirte en Dios.

  Como dije, la serie empezó super bien, al principio presentan a Yuki un chico que lleva una vida totalmente aislada del mundo, no tiene amigos, nunca tuvo novia, le hacen bullying en la escuela y básicamente pasa desapercibido en todo momento.

  Luego te presentan a Yuno, otro personaje (que es el que te atrapa y engancha), cuya personalidad, a medida que avanza un poquito la historia puedes notar que tiene serios problemas mentales y se inclina a desbordar una personalidad psicópata/maniática obsesionada con Yuki.

  La serie de verdad que cautiva y atrapa con la evolución descomunal de Yuno y te intriga para querer saber quiénes son los demás portadores de estos "diarios del futuro". Pero a medida que avanza la historia empiezas a notar muchas incoherencias, huecos e incluso discrepancias que no tienen sentido para nada.

  Esto se debe a que el autor de esta serie, aunque supo crear personajes así de buenos como Yuno con una trama que de haber sido mejor desarrollada y profundizada hubiera sido realmente épica, el señor Sakae Esuno sólo tuvo un breve momento de inspiración con esta gran idea, más no supo nunca cómo desarrollarla ni extender la trama adecuadamente y con coherencia.

  Y es que falló en muchos aspectos, los personajes secundarios eran básicamente de relleno, ninguno fue relevante ni importante. El personaje principal Yuki fue totalmente monótono, lineal y poco acorde con la historia, a tal punto de que le sucedían cosas realmente horribles y éste no mostraba una pizca de reacción alguna, su cara era siempre de Meh!.

  En cuanto a Yuno, era una chica con serios problemas obsesionada con alguien que la estaba utilizando y ella lo sabía. Lo peor de todo para mí y que no le perdono al autor es la incoherencia en ciertas escenas, las discrepancias con los diarios del futuro que al inicio funcionaban a la perfección y ya luego por capricho del autor daban un "error" que nunca fue explicado.

  Cuando la vi por primera y única vez mi decepción fue tan grande que duré meses en querer ver otro animé. El final fue completamente incoherente y el giro que tuvo al explicar "el secreto oscuro" de Yuno, dando a entender que ya había vivido todo lo que experimentó con este supuesto juego de supervivencia, se atrevió a cometer los mismos errores.

  Así que no, el autor quiso hacer algo para "salvar" esto que hizo pero la verdad es que le faltó talento para desarrollarlo y darle un final increíble. Sakae Esuno, simplemente no sabía lo que hacía, se enfocó en terminar otra historia que fue realmente mala y actualmente está trabajando sólo como dibujante de apoyo.

  Sus fans quedaron decepcionados con la historia luego de notar tantas discrepancias y situaciones locas e incoherentes dentro del animé y del manga. Más aún luego de presentar un OVA con un final totalmente absurdo para "calmar" a sus fanáticos. Lamentablemente el tiro le salió por la culata.

  Recuerdo que cuando vi esta historia, llegué a compararla con School Days, que sería tan buena como esa pero qué va, me equivoqué. Por sus personajes vacíos donde las relaciones que se desarrollan entre sí se ven hasta forzadas, por la trama muy mal desarrollada, a tal punto de perder la lógica de la historia y sobre todo por elaborar un animé que básicamente no brinda nada de nada, le otorgo mi calificación más baja:

  And its author had a stroke of luck in creating a super interesting plot of some diaries that predicted the future and that the protagonist got one to make his life more interesting, thus completing the necessary number of participants to carry out a perverse game between them type The Squid Game but where the prize would be to become God.

  As I said, the series started super well, at the beginning, they introduce Yuki, a boy who leads a life isolated from the world, he has no friends, has never had a girlfriend, gets bullied at school, and goes unnoticed at all times.

  Then you are introduced to Yuno, another character (who is the one that grabs you and hooks you), whose personality, as the story progresses a little bit, you can tell he has serious mental issues and is inclined to spill over into a psychopathic/maniacal personality obsessed with Yuki.

  The series captivates and traps you with the huge evolution of Yuno and intrigues you to want to know who are the other bearers of these “diaries of the future.” But as the story progresses, you start to notice a lot of inconsistencies, gaps,s and even discrepancies that don't make sense at all.

  This is because the author of this series, although he knew how to create characters as good as Yuno with a plot that,t if had been better developed and deepened, would have been epic, Mr. Sakae Esuno only had a brief moment of inspiration with this great idea, but he never knew how to develop it or extend the plot properly and coherently.

  And it failed in many aspects, the secondary characters were filler, none of them were relevant or important. The main character Yuki is monotonous, linear, and not in line with the story, to the point that horrible things happen to him, and he doesn't show any reaction at all, his face is always like Meh!.

  As for Yuno, she was a girl with serious problems obsessed with someone who was using her, and she knew it. The worst of all for me and that I do not forgive the author is the inconsistency in certain scenes, the discrepancies with the diaries of the future that at the beginning worked perfectly and then at the whim of the author gave an “error” that was never explained.

  When I watched it for the first and only time,e my disappointment was so great that I lasted months in wanting to watch another anime. The ending was completely incoherent,nt and the twist it had in explaining Yuno's “dark secret implies that she had already lived through everything she experienced with this supposed survival game and dared to make the same mistakes.

  So no, the author wanted to do something to “save” this thing he did, but the truth is that he lacked the talent to develop it and give it an amazing ending. Sakae Esunojust didn't know what she was doing, she focused on finishing another story that was bad and is currently working only as a support cartoonist.

  Their fans were disappointed with the story after noticing so many discrepancies and crazy and incoherent situations within the anime and manga, even more so after presenting an OVA with an absurd ending to “calm” their fans. Unfortunately, it backfired.

  I remember that when I saw this story, I compared it to School Days, that it would be as good as that one, but I was wrong. For its empty characters where the relationships that develop between them are even forced, for the very poorly developed plot, to the point of losing the logic of the story, and especially for making an anime that does not provide anything at all, I give it my lowest rating:
