Two friends sit down to eat the lunches they brought from home. One of them (before opening the box) joins her hands and prays silently. The other friend looks at her and, when she's finished, asks:
— Do you always pray before eating?
— Yes.

Ciertamente, es que hace pensar que el padre (con buena intención, pero poca habilidad) trata de hacer que la comida sea buena. Así que la hija le da un voto de Fe, pero prefiere rezar primero antes de enfrentar lo que sea que esté en la vianda.
