Visitando La Virgen Del Valle [Esp/Eng]

‎Buenas tardes, querida comunidad de hive margarita, es un placer poder compartir con ustedes este post, veo que se dedican a compartir contenido de la isla de margarita, de sus bellos paisajes, playas y su cultura lo que me llena de alegría.

‎Este fin de semana, antes de iniciar las clases y las labores cotidianas, dimos un paseo en familia por la basílica de la Virgen del valle, santuario de fe y devoción para nosotros y miles de venezolanos que la visitan.
‎

‎En mi familia somos devotos a ella, la basílica por fuera es impresionante su arquitectura colonial y las casa a sus alrededores están de los años 1500, son muy hermosas, hay muchos puestos de artesanías, ventas de souvenir, las personas de los puestos de artesanías te obsequian amablemente una vela para que se la ofrezcas a la virgen junto a lindas pulseras con una oración.

‎Al entrar a la basílica tenías que hacer una pequeña fila, ya que había mucha gente esperando para entrar tanto locales como turistas, ya que hace poco se celebró la festividad de la virgen, que fue el pasado 8 de septiembre, Cuando fue nuestro turno, tuvimos un momento especial, ver la imagen de la virgen tan cerca fue una mezcla de emociones con gratitud un momento de espiritualidad, fe, y agradecimos por todas sus bendiciones.

‎Al salir de la basílica, cuando estábamos de camino a comer, captamos un paisaje hermoso en la cima de una montaña apreciamos la famosa "cueva del piache" dice la leyenda y unos usuarios que se encontraban en el sitio que está cueva era un lugar sagrado para los indios Guaiquerí, como un santuario en donde se aislaban para honrar a sus dioses y ancestros, también se dice que es una larga caverna que se dirige al mar, dónde los indios ofrecieron ofrendas a cambio de que murieran los españoles.

‎Es curioso, que mi hija Emily hizo una pintura de esa cueva en un proyecto escolar el año pasado.
‎

‎Fue un excelente domingo en familia. Sin duda, la isla de margarita es un lugar maravilloso, la perla del Caribe, espero que les haya gustado mi post. Los leo en el siguiente.

‎This weekend, before starting classes and daily chores, we took a family walk through the basilica of the Virgin of the valley, a sanctuary of faith and devotion for us and thousands of Venezuelans who visit it.

‎In my family we are devoted to her, the basilica on the outside is impressive colonial architecture and the surrounding houses are from the 1500s, are impressive, there are many craft stalls, souvenir sales, the people of the craft ports kindly give you a candle to wear to the virgin along with beautiful bracelets with a prayer.

‎Upon entering the basilica there was a small line, as there were many people waiting to enter both locals and tourists, as recently celebrated the feast of the virgin that is on September 8, to enter and see the image of the virgin so close was a mixture of emotions with gratitude a moment of spirituality, faith, we were grateful for all his blessings.

‎Leaving the basilica, when we were on our way to eat, we captured a beautiful landscape on the top of a mountain we appreciate the famous "Cueva del Piache", legend has it that it was a sacred place for the Guaiquerí Indians, it was their sanctuary where they isolated themselves to honor their gods and ancestors, it is also said to be a long cavern that leads to the sea, where the Indians offered offerings in exchange for the death of the Spaniards
