Hola, ¿qué tal, amigos, cómo están? Feliz sábado, ¿qué tal sus días de descanso? A los que andamos en esa como yo, de verdad lo necesitaba, pero hay días en los que no quiero nada porque hago más en casa, jajajajaja.

Aprovechando que estamos en la semana del lindo carnaval, porque a mí me encanta, me dicen: “Vámonos a ver el desfile y yo soy la primera que está feliz arreglándose para salir; nuestra primera visita fue el desfile del Municipio Mariño, más específicamente Porlamar.

Hello, how are you, friends? How are you doing? Happy Saturday! How are your days off going? For those of us who are like me, we really needed it, but there are days when I don't want anything because I get more done at home, hahahaha.

Taking advantage of the fact that it's the week of the beautiful carnival, because I love it, they say to me, "Let's go see the parade," and I'm the first one who's happy to get ready to go out. Our first visit was to the parade in the Mariño Municipality, more specifically Porlamar.

Yo, la verdad, es que no tenía planificado ir, pero ese día mi sobrina quería ir y le dijo a su papá. Yo estaba descansando y ellos se entusiasmaron a ir un rato a verlos y mi sobrina me fue a invitar, y en cierta parte porque me quiere y, por otro lado, porque su mamá le da pena tomar las fotos y a mí no, y a ella le encanta tomarse muchas fotos.

Nos fuimos como a eso de las 3 y media y ya a las 4 estábamos allá; a pesar de que ya había mucha gente emocionada esperando el desfile, este aún no había salido, así que nos tocó esperar un buen rato, porque otras veces que he ido no se ha tardado tanto, pero esta vez salió tipo a las 6; fue que pasó por la 4 de mayo, aunque este sale muchísimo más adelante. Me pareció que venían supertarde en comparación con otros años; además de eso venían muy separados.

To be honest, I hadn't planned on going, but that day my niece wanted to go and told her dad. I was resting and they were excited to go and see them for a while, and my niece came to invite me, partly because she loves me and partly because her mum is embarrassed to take photos and I'm not, and she loves taking lots of photos.

We left at about half past three and by four we were there. Even though there were already lots of excited people waiting for the parade, it hadn't started yet, so we had to wait quite a while. Other times I've been, it hasn't taken so long, but this time it started at about six. It passed by 4 de Mayo, although it starts much further ahead. It seemed to me that they were very late compared to other years; besides that, they were very spread out.

La lluvia de colores y caramelos que a mí me encanta. Esta vez este carnaval se caracterizó por una gran cantidad de bandas show y grupos de samba, siendo las carrozas y comparsas poco numerosas, pero las que se encontraban estaban muy coloridas, iniciando por la popular ñera, que es la primera que inicia el desfile, una señora mayor muy conocida por los margariteños y querida, que siempre le encanta participar.

La verdad es que se nos hizo la noche pero la pasamos muy bien observando todo el desfile hasta que finalizara y luego bajamos a casita, la verdad estaban muy bonitos y yo particularmente amando los colores ¡Saludos!

This time, the carnival featured a large number of show bands and samba groups, with few floats and dance troupes, but those that were there were very colourful, starting with the popular ñera, who is the first to start the parade, an elderly lady well known and loved by the people of Margarita, who always loves to participate.

The truth is that the night flew by, but we had a great time watching the whole parade until it ended and then we went home. They were really beautiful and I particularly loved the colours. Cheers!
