Wednesday Walk a few shots of sunrises
Wednesday Walk a few shots of sunrises
This post is for Wednesday walk challenge
Any questions about the challenge, read the guide at the Bottom of the post ;)
Feeling a bit bad here I am hosting the Wednesday Walk and my walking for the last hmmm not sure how mamny but many weeks, has been minimal, I have picke dup my walking around the home as I am doing a lot better now, but its just to cold for me to head out for my early morning walks at the moment and my wife is happy about that as she feels my camera bag even lightly loaded is over the weight i should be carrying for the next few weeks.
I see the doctor today after the surgery, so I will double-check how long I have to be careful to not pick up anything heavy, but either way with winter taking hold I think most of my photos for the next few months till spring will be creative ideas at home.
I will admit I am missing my sunrise walks but being sensible is best for now, but thinking of missing so many sunrises I thought today I would share a few sunrise shots from various walks
Starting with this shot taken by East Beach here in New Bedford, MA, when I saw this ship carrying wind turbine blades heading into the port, to the facility where they build the towers

Wednesday Walk is a challenge started by me, the idea is to get out for a short walk and get some shots of what you can see within a short distance of your home office or wherever you start. And this is my entry for this week, but first, let me explain the challenge.
This is my post for the Wednesday Walk challenge hosted by myself, let me first explain the guidelines
Try and get out once a week for a short walk, can be from your office, home or anywhere really and walk for a few blocks or a few minutes looking for things to get shots of.
Your walk does not have to be on a Wednesday I just ask if possible to share your walk photos on a Wednesday.
Try and get a few shots, not just one
Add a bit of a write up about where you walked
Just one Wednesday Walk tagged post a week
You can look for anything in general or decide on one subject you want to get shots off.
Make a point of looking around and up and see what you can find to get shots of that otherwise you may miss
Do a post with the shots you get on a Wednesday and tag it with #wednesdaywalk, also if you happen to join, please leave a link to your post in a comment on this post and I will try and visit them all, especially if its not one of the first 5 tags or I may miss seeing it .
Following me and re-Hiving the post so more see it would be appreciated but isn't a rule just a suggestion.
I am not strict on these rules and hence why they are called guidelines and not rules
I will try and visit, and upvote all who take part in the Wednesday Walk.
I hope a few of you may find this an interesting challenge and decide to join in.
unless stated otherwise all photos used in my posts are taken and owned by myself, if you wish to use any of my images please contact me.

As ever, brilliant photos and would love to visit the area you live in. I need to explore mine a lot more with a camera in hand.
I am lucky to live in a nice area, but winter is taking hold so wont be out for many photo walks till spring, age makes me feel the cold more
Especially after what you’ve been through recently, rest and recuperation!
yes thats true its probably good its cooler and slows me down otherwise I would get frustrated and get out and about
Sunrise, one of the spectaculars of nature I really wanna see everyday. It's a wonder that always tells me there's always another day to be thankful and another reason to continue living this amazing journey we call life. Thanks for sharing these wonderful photos!
when the weather is nice and i am healthy I try and catcht he sunrise every day have misse dit th elast few weeks and now with winter taking hold its going to be a while before I catch it again
Is that so? Here in our country I almost always see it in the morning. If the day doesn't start with a rain or if it's not cloudy. We only have two seasons here. Summer and rainy season. But the weather pattern seemed to be altered. The seasons don't happen as expected. During this month it's supposed to be a rainy season, but now, if there's no typhoon, the weather is almost always sunny. Climate change really evident here now.
That's a cool photo of the ship with the blades. We get them passing through our area quite a bit. Sorry, not the ships, but the blades on trucks. They usually have to shut down roads to get them from point a to point b.
they are huge those blades
I also can't walk for three months but then i feel okay and now go on regular walks..... Don't worry you'll be okay soon... Your pictures always mesmerize me as they're beautiful

STOPI'm genuinely envious of those views you get to enjoy, with such beautiful colors. Thank you for sharing them with us!
Wishing you the best of luck on your visit to the hospital.
Beautiful sunrise pictures...it made my day. Thanks for sharing.
Interesting challenge, I hope to join soon.
I hope you would have good news from the hospital. I love the morning sunlight photos you shared.
ART!... You always make photography art my friend!... Applause for you, master!!!!...
The important thing now is to take care not to carry too much weight and to protect yourself from the cold. There will be plenty of walks like the ones you enjoy, but in the meantime, we will delight in your beautiful photographs. The one with the pink sky is my favourite! Take good care of yourself!
Parecen pinturas que buenas fotos.
Nice photos. Whising you a quick recovery.

Don't overdo things Jay and you will be out with your camera bag in no time!
Things will go back in your place soon. Being extra careful to your body will help you carry your camera bag soon. I know how heavy that bag is because I am also taking photos in the event of our school and this bag is my greatest villain. LOL. It makes me hurt my back more than the event itself. I hope you'll get well soon @tattoodjay. You might miss sunrises but it is always waiting you for sure. I adore the photos you shared. It is so calm and I guess the sea water made it so. Views are perfectly captured especially the beach in Fort Taber park which I like the most. Hehe. Thank you for sharing this.
Perfect @tattoodjay the picture you took, the morning atmosphere. The color shadow are very beautiful. Have a great day.
Cool and lovely images
