Good morning lets hope this week I remember to share this on a Wednesday the last couple of weeks with so much craziness going on around here i have got out of synch, but things have settled down so hopefully this week I will get better organized
Today I am sharing a few shots from last year that I have edited, but haven't had a post they really fit into, so I decided to do a random shots from walk post for today
All of my walking of recent has bene back and forth in our sunroom as its been pretty cold, as I am preparing this a week in advance and with the forecast being for some days in the 40s ( farenhuit) coming up perhaps with luck I will get a walk in on these warmer days, however that said as well as warming up its also looking to be rainy days so not sure how that will work out.
Since i had the Hernia surgery, I have been finding of recent i have to be careful with my walking in our sunroom, the quick turns I do at each end if I am not careful tend to pull on my groin sometimes, and add to thta walking back and forth for 7 or 8 th9ousand steps each morning has got very boring to say the least so I have decided to switch it up
Yesterday I ordered an Exercise bike to set up in the sunroom, it will be delivered today ( as I write the post) the box it come sin is pretty heavy and I saw they had two options you could pay extra for 1 was to delivery it inside to roon of choice, or have someone to come and set it up for an additional fee
I mistakenly thought the second option also included delivering it inside the house and not just on the door step, but seems I was wrong, the delivery is scheduled for today, and the setup not till the 15th.
I am a bit worried about trying to drag it inside myself as do not want to pull the hernia surgery, so will watch out for the delivery truck and hopefully can talk the person delivering it to carry it inside the house for me.
I also know me once its inside the house can I wait another 9 days for the person to come and set it up, I may well ancel that option and try to do it myself, although I know my wife wont be happy with me doing that so I may if I go that way have to start it early morning while she is sleeping.
OK that all has nothing to do with walking, well I Guess it does, I have said cycling is fine to share on a wednednesday walk post but lets get to the photos

this wind vane is on top of a building downtown, I have been meaning to find and get shots of some others and do a Wind vane post, but that hasn't come to be so sharing it now

Wednesday Walk is a challenge started by me, the idea is to get out for a short walk and get some shots of what you can see within a short distance of your home office or wherever you start. And this is my entry for this week, but first, let me explain the challenge.
This is my post for the Wednesday Walk challenge hosted by myself, let me first explain the guidelines
Try and get out once a week for a short walk, can be from your office, home or anywhere really and walk for a few blocks or a few minutes looking for things to get shots of.
Your walk does not have to be on a Wednesday I just ask if possible to share your walk photos on a Wednesday.
Try and get a few shots not just one
Add a bit of a write up about where you walked
Just one Wednesday Walk tagged post a week
You can look for anything in general or decide on one subject you want to get shots off.
Make a point of looking around and up and see what you can find to get shots of that otherwise you may miss
Do a post with the shots you get on a Wednesday and tag it with #wednesdaywalk, also if you happen to join, please leave a link to your post in a comment on this post and I will try and visit them all, especially if its not one of the first 5 tags or I may miss seeing it .
Following me and re-Hiving the post so more see it would be appreciated but isn't a rule just a suggestion.
I am not strict on these rules and hence why they are called guidelines and not rules
I will try and visit, and upvote all who take part in the Wednesday Walk.
I hope a few of you may find this an interesting challenge and decide to join in.

BEER.The idea of the stationary bike is very good, I had a very complete exercise machine in my house, because before I couldn't go for a walk because of insecurity, now things are totally different. But even if it takes a while to install it, it will be good for exercise. Take care of yourself, operations take time to heal and as for the random pictures, I love cemeteries so the first one is my favourite!!!! Thank you very much!🤗
Thanks, I ended up listening to my wife and paid for someone to come and install it when I ordered it, has been a pain waiting a week looking at the box, but today they come so I can try it out tomorrow morning most likely

That's the most horrible thing... the waiting, it drives you crazy! I'm glad it's solved!
That's pretty cool how they put that rock there for people to take photos like that. I wonder how many "influencers" make their way there to get it on their feed. That poor old bird house. I think my parents have one at their house in a similar state. We have one hanging off our shed where the whole bottom fell out of it.
yeah I think it is pretyt cool, I am not sure many influencers go there nd get shots of it, as so many ask me on Farcebook where it is so clearly its nto well known

My dad had a hernia operation after 70 years. He was a peasant. He was forbidden to carry heavy things, but he disobeyed the doctors and gradually started carrying heavy buckets of water again! He was the strongest among all the peasants, and at 80 years old too.
Therefore, I believe that with God's help, you will regain your health 🙏🏻

OHH I wish it had, we did have some nicer days , yesterday I could have gone out for a walk but unfortunaly my wife had apointments I had to take her to so it wasnt meant to be

I'm sorry the cold weather continues and you can't do your usual walks. Be careful when you walk, don't hurt yourself.

Best not to drag that bike until the guys show up to assemble it. Let them do the heavy lifting!
I love the pictures, especially old cemeteries. That tombstone sure has some to it, almost 100 years now. At least it's made of hard stone and won't weather away like the one's from the 1700's. It's sad to see those worn down to be be unreadable.
I hope things warm up soon, it will be nice to exercise outside instead of the sunroom!
