Cuando me ¨diagnosticaron¨ ¨Diabetes¨: hace ya algunos años fue como si mi vida se ¨derrumbara¨, esta es de esas afecciones que no deseas tener por todo lo que significa y las ¨consecuencias¨ que trae con ella, pero si te tomas las cosas con calma puedes descubrir que puedes vivir muy bien con esta ¨afección¨
When I was "diagnosed" Diabetes:a few years ago, it was as if my life "collapsed." This is one of those conditions that you don't want to have because of everything it means and the "consequences" it brings with it. But if you take things calmly, you may discover that you can live very well with this "condition."

En todos estos años la clave para sobre llevar esta afección han sido la ¨alimentación¨: la correcta ¨medicación¨ y las caminatas diarias, pero esto último no ha sido un problema para mi dado que desde siempre me ha gustado caminar; si eres de esas personas que estas iniciando tu camino en esta afección, lo primero es mantener la calma, y salir a caminar todos los días, una excelente oportunidad que tienes es sumarte a este desafío semanal

Tener todos estos lugares muy hermosos para caminar en la ciudad hace las cosas más fáciles, sobre todo porque mis paseos diarios terminan siendo una hermosa ¨experiencia¨¨fotográfica¨, ya que en cada lugar donde camino voy haciendo tomas de las cosas hermosas que veo en el entorno donde hago mis ¨ejercitaciones¨
Having all these beautiful places to walk in the city makes things easier, especially since my daily walks end up being a beautiful "photographic" experience, since in each place I walk I take pictures of the beautiful things I see in the environment where I do my "exercises."

Mis ¨caminatas¨ de ¨miércoles¨ siempre son muy entretenida dado que llevo mi ¨cámara¨ : para fotografiar los hermosos lugares que tenemos en nuestras calles, y como saben en mis tomas nunca faltan imágenes de ¨espacios¨¨recreativos¨, edificios de épocas y mucha ¨naturaleza¨. Siempre agradecido con todos por haberme acompañado en esta hermosa caminata que hemos hecho por estos hermosos lugares de mi ciudad
My "Wednesday" "walks" are always very entertaining since I take my "camera": to photograph the beautiful places we have on our streets, and as you know, my shots never lack images of "recreational" "spaces," buildings from different eras, and lots of "nature." I am always grateful to everyone for joining me on this beautiful walk we have taken through these beautiful places in my city.

La ciudad en la que vives tienes múltiples rincones bonitos que, además, cambian en cada paseo en función de la meteorología, del momento que atraviesas y cómo nos lo relatas, o la perspectiva que eliges al fotografiarlos. Veo que últimamente te has aficionado a realizar planos desde el suelo, quedan muy originales y aportan una visión especial. Sigue caminando, cuidar tu salud es primordial y los beneficios no se quedan solo en el cuerpo, también se despeja la mente.

Corrientes es una ciudad coqueta con muchos rincones hermosos para caminar y disfrutar de su entorno
Como nuestra ciudad no es tan grande, para que se vea diferente hemos estado haciendo estos planos al ras del suelo, es increíble como cambia totalmente la visión de un mismo lugar

What you say is so true. Walking is not only good for the body, it's also very good for clearing the mind, which means it's great for mental health.
Corrientes is a charming city with many beautiful spots to walk and enjoy its surroundings.
Since our city isn't that big, we've been doing these ground-level shots to give it a different look. It's incredible how the view of a single place completely changes.

I can relate a little as I saw my wife go through the same when she was dignosed with Diabetes, but with a change in diet and medications she is keeping it under control
