My Wednesday walk is for health

Hey everyone. I hope you all are fine and doing well. I have started working on my fitness and physical health. Lately, I have realized that I have been idle. This idleness and sitting on my chair for hours has made me gain unwanted weight.

Running or even walking felt like a gigantic task for me. I am 26 and this is the prime phase of my age. I have realized that if I do not work on my fitness, I will never be able to get back or maintain my physique in coming years.

This is why I have started going for morning and evening walks. It has been more than 2 weeks now and I regularly go to the nearby park two times a day. I have already noticed the difference in my health.

This is something very important and I am looking forward to continuing it for as long as I can.

How important do you think morning and evening walks are?

By the way, this park is very beautiful and peaceful. It helps me in staying motivated and consistent. It is one of the reasons why I go there. People come here everyday for walks, jogging and yoga.
