I wanted to take a photo of myself at my security job with a piece of paper that said I'm alive to share with you, but it didn't turn out the way I imagined. I was very tired and didn't have the resources to make a good announcement on the paper.
This is the photo I took at my security job. I decided to take another one, thinking of my nephew, who loves to edit photos on his cell phone apps.

I sent the photo to my nephew and asked him to turn it into an animated cartoon from his iPhone, and he sent me this one. I think it came out a little better.

Donde nos cuenta que durante un turno matutino, atendió a un paciente mayor de 50 años con múltiples enfermedades como hipertensión, diabetes, cardiopatía y colesterol alto, que llegó con una tos molesta de 4-5 días, especialmente en la noche. Al examinarlo presentaba diversos problemas de salud y pidió algunas pruebas. Después atendió a varios pacientes y caminando hizo 15.000 pasos, una buena cantidad de pasos.
Y por último nos habló del beneficio de tomar café y lo grandioso que es para la salud y para continuar vivos por muchos años más.
