Ourpick Reading Suggestions for September 27th
The OurPick encouragement program is part of the @Liotes ecosystem where quality posts are curated and authors are encouraged to continue with the content creation adding value to different communities, and Hive in general...
Created in Canva.com
Occasionally, we will pick a couple of awesome posts that we find interesting and will suggest them for your further reading... We hope that it will help authors as an additional promotion... We support creators with our upvotes in Hive, but also in other tribe tokens! These Hive-Engine tribes give additional value to the whole ecosystem and help authors and curators follow their niches and dreams...
Lowick, Kettering - Scarecrow Festival by @heruvim1978
What a great idea how to raise funds for the village church! It is true that these scarecrows aren't professionally done, but that's the point... Homemade is more appreciated... ;)
I like the "fairy scarecrow" and "the artist" the most!
Beautiful morning in the field, peace of my heart by @goga22
Your photographs are beautiful. You managed to capture a magical atmosphere, it looks like a movie or a dream. Horses are animals that have always transmitted a special calm to me. Seeing them in those relaxed postures, confident while feeding, fills the spirit with serenity. The colours of the dawn that surround them, the successive layers that are appreciated, are wonderful. I’m glad you found this in those hard days. Thank you for sharing them with us.
Buying a new computer ESP/ENG by @victor2356
No wonder buying a new computer is a great reason to share a #tbt. For me they are more than a work tool, it's almost my whole life hahaha. Glad to see the joy of the whole family, especially in those confining times. Thanks for sharing on #tbt Thursdays...
Party night - 14y ago #TBT by @vandres
How many memories you have left of a single image and a single night, but apparently very valuable to you. Being with the right people and going out and doing crazy things among panas always leaves joy and nostalgia. I almost didn't recognize you in the picture hahaha, wow you have changed. Thanks for sharing this night of adrenaline from 14 years ago on #tbt Thursdays...
𝑻𝒓𝒚𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒐 𝑹𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 𝑻𝒉𝒆 90𝒔 - Why Snowflake Generation Z hates 90s kids so much by @whywhy
The funny thing about Gen Zers is they know their pro-nouns! I didn't have a clue what even a verb was growing up, we were too busy taking the piss unpolitcally correctly.

High blood sugar, also known as hyperglycemia, is a condition where the level of sugar in the blood exceeds the normal limits. This persistent state is characteristic of diabetes mellitus, a condition associated with insulin, a hormone that helps regulate blood sugar levels within the normal range.
Occasionally, individuals who do not have diabetes may experience temporary hyperglycemia, often due to stress. When a person is under stress, their body responds in various ways, including releasing stress hormones such as cortisol, growth hormone, and catecholamines. These hormones counteract the effects of insulin, leading to elevated blood sugar levels to provide energy. If blood sugar is measured during a stressful event, it may be higher than normal, a condition known as stress hyperglycemia. Once the stress subsides, blood sugar levels typically return to normal.
I want to share something I've been excited about lately. It's called LiveGood, and it's all about helping people improve their health, save on daily products, and even create an additional income stream if they're interested.
If you're curious, here is a quick short video that explains it. The best part is that they accept Crypto as a payment option!
