Alive and Thriving 08.21.24, My Colonoscopy Journey - Pt. 2

And, Thank You so much for your visit!
So, yesterday had part two of my "Colonoscopy" adventure - so to speak!
(*part one was Jan.18th)
And I will get back to that, but first I "do" want to urge anyone over 55, or anyone who's Dr. Suggests it - to get one!
This whole thing saved my life! From either the Cancer or a Bowel Obstruction I was "scheduled" to Die around August 10, yep I would not be making this post.
And... I didn't have a clue. I did not think anything was wrong and considered it a big money wasting joke. Then I get knocked out and woke up and people hand me a book of photos and papers!
So, if it comes up in your health journey - "do it"!
And yeah, the "prep" is grueling to say the least, but might save your life!
Now back to yesterday...
So this is my "anesthesia" jab,

And the good news!
I had "severally changed" my diet, and my physical activity and...
"No New Growths"!
So they took another piece of the old "pre-cancerous" area for a biopsy and said if it comes back negative - "they will see me in 3 years "!
Great News and I am #aliveandthiving!
And that was it for now but, I also want to thank you once again for your visit!
