Don't resist life: Learn to go with the flow

In the rapid pace of modern life, we often find ourselves fighting the natural trends of existence. We stick to plans that do not work in our hope, we are disappointed with obstacles, and we try to control every detail in our way. However, what if we have stopped resisting and let life flow?

When we resist what is happening, we spend a significant amount of emotional and mental energy. Resistance is often accompanied by ideas such as "this should not happen" or "it's not right". These thoughts make stress and gives us a distance in the interior peacefully. Moreover, by focusing on what we do not want, we lose the opportunity to appreciate what we have.

Life is full of unexpected changes, challenges and moments that we cannot control. Resistance is like trying to stop the flow of the river with our hands: it is in vain and gets tired of us.

When we stop resisting, something becomes magical: we feel lighter, free and more connected with ourselves. Going with the flow of life allows us to fully experience every moment, without being trapped in the past or worrying about the future. It is a way of living with honesty and peace.

So today I invite you to reflect: What areas of your life are you resisting? What can you skip to let things flow more easily? Remember, life is like a river; When we learn to explore its water instead of fighting them, we find the beauty of the journey.

Do not resist life. Stream with it. Because it is a true freedom in the liquid.

That is so naive, your tone is that of delusional new age psycho / religious fanatic..

Very few things happen by themselves, a large part is delusional psychos pushing themselves uninvited and unwanted, who ibstead need to mind their own shit...

I mind my own business and live my life, you mind your own... and grow up

Letting go and living life more calmly is good advice, but it's more complicated to follow than it seems.

At least, the advice is complicated for some people who tend to have a personality that wants to control everything, predict everything, and measure every result to achieve optimal results.

I admit I also have a bit of these traits, but I've seen people who take it to extremes. In those cases, they practically have a manic episode every time something doesn't go as planned.

It's true, letting go and living more calmly can be a challenge, especially for those who have that need to control every detail.
The important thing is to recognize these patterns and work little by little to let go of control, even if it is not always easy.

In Type 1 Diabetes, like other autoimmune diseases, the body's immune system attacks its own tissue/organ. In diabetes (type 1), the Beta cells of the pancreas become the target.

A new promising drug, called Teplizumab, is believed to correct the mistake of the immune system, to some extent, delaying the necessity of Insulin, the only effective treatment for type 1 DM.

More about this new drug is here

From one perspective, may be your statement is correct. But, there are perspective from other angles!

The world is changing fast and it's changing towards "something" that is not good from every aspect. Violence, nudity, immorality, corruption, etc, are now Norma in every where and it appears that we have accepted it!! We didn't resist these "changes" firmly from the beginning. Slow but surely these have been embedded in our life! Because, we didn't resist!

That's my opinion :)

I understand your point of view and share the concern about how certain negative aspects have been normalized in our society.
It is true that many times we are not aware of how these changes affect us until they are already deeply ingrained.
But life and our feelings must be allowed to flow.
I think it is important to reflect on this.
Thank you for sharing your opinion, it gives a lot to think about 😊

We have to be the feather that floats in the wind, only the weight of reality keeps us on the ground.

It's true, there's a beauty in letting go, but also a strength in accepting what anchors us.
Finding that balance is what makes us grow.

This is so me in this piece!
Oftentimes, I seem to worry too much over life happenings to me, I'll soon share some here on hive

I'm reminded again that focusing on what I don't have makes me lose opportunity to really appreciate the things I do have

Great lessons in this piece about how to flow with life
Of course I can't change what I can't control

Thanks so much for this piece
I'm blessed tremendously
It's more like a sermon 🤩

Now that I'm reaching this age, I understand a little bit about this desire to move quickly in life, and although our speed slows down a bit, we know that we have fewer opportunities to achieve everything we have left.

Without a doubt, life fills us with unexpected changes that sometimes turn out better than expected and we simply have a hard time accepting them, when we see the path it leads us to, it is the same as the one laid out.

Let's let life flow and let ourselves be guided along the path it guides us on. Sometimes it's the best path. Slowing down is difficult when you're used to being active and taking charge of the household. But age teaches us to slow down a bit and not slip in the shower. Hugs.

Thanks Eric for sharing this. Sometimes we really need to allow life flow instead of resisting it. Dwelling more on those things we can control and be grateful for them too which in return surpasses our expectations.

Have a blessed weekend friend.🎉
