Empty Heart by Maria Becerra is one of my favorite songs because it expresses the feeling of emptiness that a very special person can leave you with when they decide to no longer want to be a part of your life and go in another direction. I also like its melody because it makes me feel like I'm the one who has been abandoned and I'm super sad. This is a song that I always listen to when I do homework or in my free time because whenever I listen to it, since I'm so focused on it, time flies because I immerse myself in what the music is about and that way I can finish my homework super fast.

Congratulations!

Survivor - Eye Of The Tiger

Eye of the Tiger is not just a song, but a symbol of struggle and overcoming adversity.
Its ability to inspire and motivate people makes it a classic that continues to resonate with new generations.
Whether in a gym, at a sporting event, or simply in everyday life, this song remains a powerful reminder that, with determination and effort, any challenge can be overcome.

RBD - Rebelde

I love this song because it defined my adolescence. This song represented the rebellious side of young people at that time. When you're a teenager, you think you don't follow social norms, but when we're adults, we see that we follow social norms even if we don't want to. But I remember liking it because I thought I was rebellious. It gives me so many feelings when I remember that time, and every time I hear this song, my rebellious side is activated.

Now I'm not a rebel; I'm a vibrant and thriving woman.

That song really marked a generation, and it's beautiful that it still resonates with you.
Even if you're not the same rebellious teenager anymore, it's clear that energy and passion have transformed into the vibrant and thriving woman you are today.
Keep embracing those memories, they're a part of what makes you who you are.
Good luck in the draw.

Today I'm sharing Shakira's Ojos Así, as it's a song that I've loved for many years now, and that I can't hear without dancing and moving my body. I've been listening to Shakira for many years now, long before she ever started singing on English, and I still far prefer the Spanish versions of her songs. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙

Hello, #wearealive!!!

Here's my song:

More than a feeling/ Boston

This 1976 hit by the American band Boston is my favorite because it is a song about the connection with music as the happiest place, where everything is possible. Despite its lyrics, which touch the theme of nostalgia for those experiences and a love from the past, music is the palliative to mitigate the gray, like the sun that dawns in the soul. Whenever I am depressed I listen to it and my mood magically improves.

That's such a beautiful way to describe the song.
More Than a Feeling, truly has that uplifting power, and it's amazing how music can transport us to a happier place.
I'm glad it brings you comfort and joy whenever you need it.
It's a classic song😀
Good luck in the draw.

That's right. It's wonderful to find refuge, energy and peace in music. I certainly don't know what life would be without music to nourish the spirit. Thank you for these good wishes and for the good vibes of this feedback. It is an honor to receive it and to participate in this kind of initiatives. Greetings and hugs of light

Title of song : Still waiting
by Ernesto.
I love this song because this song leave a deep impact on my mind . its not just a song but a preduction of futures.
I built our home with bleeding hands,

Ladies brick with love and plans

You were my light

My reason why

Now I just talk to an empty sky

I’m still waiting at the door

Where your laughter lived before

Every light I whisper low

Come back home

Don’t let me go

But Silence is all I know

You wore your cap

I fixed your tie

Watched you chase your dreams and fly

I gave you wings

I stayed behind

But now you’re gone and so is time

I am still waiting at the door

Where your footsteps touched the floor

Even pain begins to fade

But the love it always stays

Still alone, still afraid

I don’t need much, just one more day

To hear you call, to hear you say

That I remember who you’re

So I sing here on this stage

Old and tired, full of ache

Not for gold,

Not for fame,

Just to call out your name,

Still waiting, still the same

Another song from the late 90's for this week, although a bit more metal, nu metal to be precise: Freak on a Leash by Korn. This wasn't their first hits, not even their first album, but in my opinion, it's one of the few songs that really launched nu metal into mainstream. Whether you like it or not, that subgenre was an important part of the late 90s/early 00s rock and metal. In that song, some lyrics rapped, some screamed, even some real singing, whatever that weird beatboxing is, and of course the infamous 'GO!!'... Bonus: the music video was pretty cool, at least for that time when many of the rock and metal bands simply showed fake live performances in their videos. Talking about live performance, that's one of the bands I saw many times, including for their 30th anniversary tour last year, they were just as good as ever!

Good luck everyone!

Freak on a Leash is such a classic.
Totally agree, it played a huge role in bringing nu metal to the mainstream.
That’s awesome you’ve seen them live so many times, especially on their 30th anniversary tour.
They really know how to bring the energy even after all these years.
Good luck in the draw.
