Hello. Very lively today.

I love Ricardo Arjona's music because he sings about love, and his songs are like poems. There's a song called "Fuiste tu" (It Was You) that's so romantic and beautiful. It says that in a relationship, besides love, you have to learn to resolve conflicts.

this week for me, it's not so much of a song as a theme of one of my most favorite characters -- Indiana Jones. Back in the days of bar phones, I had this theme as my ring tone. 😆 so nostalgic every time I hear it... ahhh the good ole days...

I was thinking of a new song but there is so many to choose from it is kind of tough to choose one.

Hey, almost missed this fun challenge this week, but just in time.
I'll stay in the mid-90s period with a song quite famous at the time, and I think the best Smashing Pumpkins song: Bullet with Butterfly Wings. Like I mentioned, I was still figuring out the music I really liked, and this one was a bit in-between genres with grunge sounds, rock, maybe even a bit metal. Some lyrics almost spoken, while others shouted. And more importantly, the build-up from the intro lyrics 'The world is a vampire' to the infamous chorus 'Despite all my rage, I am still just a rat in a cage', that was just perfect! I was much older when I finally saw the Smashing Pumpkins live, but that song was still very powerful, and opened up the mosh pit. That is cool to go down the musical memory lane, I might have to spotify this in the next few days!
