take care of ATM cards

How are you all? It's nice to meet my friends again here. I hope we all find ease in our lives and careers. Today I visited the Bank Syariah Indonesia office, the nearest branch of my local bank. My purpose was to renew my expired ATM card. This card is valid for five years, after which it will expire and I can no longer use it, so I had to immediately go to the nearest bank branch.

Upon arriving at the bank, I saw that there were already customers queuing to be served by a bank officer. Even though it was already 2:20 PM, there were still customers coming with their own needs, just like me.

The requirements for repairing their ATM card required me to bring complete data, such as a bank book, old ATM card, and ID card, to ensure data validity and prevent any data manipulation or fraud that could cause losses to customers.

I received queue number B055. I think this queue number is a continuation of the one from this morning. If it were only in the afternoon, they wouldn't be able to serve this many people. There were only two customer service officers, and there weren't that many customers present.

Behind me was a service center for large withdrawals and transfers. While waiting in line, I could only play on my phone and browse social media until my turn finally arrived after waiting for 30 minutes. After everything was completed, they immediately checked my personal information and then issued me a new ATM card valid for the next five years. After everything was completed, they charged me Rp 25,000 and told me to wait 5 minutes before using the card. Now I have a new ATM card that makes it easier for me to withdraw cash from ATMs whenever I need it. This is technology that makes things easier for humanity. No need to carry cash everywhere, just bring your ATM card and go banking.
