This happened to one of my very close friends, we used to attend the same secondary school, and we also graduated from the same school, I mean back then.
You know we are to elaborate on secondary days, it is a thing everyone who passed through it, will definitely have something to say about .my case with my friends was a very rough one, right from my Junior secondary school one (J.S.S.2) to senior secondary school two (S.S.S.2) we are very rough.
I could remember when we had to wear socks for two weeks without washing, you can imagine how dirty it will be. There was this class teacher who used to flog pupils in school, he flogged as if he was not going to have children either.it was bad that everyone in the school was afraid of him and this is why he was always the one in charge of the school fees activities because in school wants to avoid him, we call him Master "folusho the pepper” this name was giving to him by the pupils in the school, and he was named that kind of name because when he flogs it will be as if pepper is poured on your body.to cut the story short he was mainly used when the important take is given to the student, when he gives assignments, you dare not do them.
My friend was deplorable at mathematics, and solving it was his main problem.
Now that we are in senior class, I mean S.S.1, we were advised by our parents to sit tightly so that we can perform better and come out with good grades.I became grave with my studies, but my friend was busy comparing himself with a boy in our class called Ugochukwu, Ugo doesn't like reading but when the result comes out he will still be the one leading everyone in the class, everybody knows Ugochukwu to be a playful person, now that my friend want to start rolling with him, I wish him good luck.

Our examination was approaching very fast and everyone in my class was seriously busy studying, but my friend was busy rolling with Ugo, I will talk to my friend to stop comparing himself to Ugo because, everyone knows he is a genius.
Finally, exam day came, all that my friend was thinking was to cheating in the exam hall, but unfortunately the Ugo that he depended on failed him on the exam day.He was very ashamed of himself because he knew he is not coming out with a good grade.

It is a terrible thing to compare yourself with others, so many things can set in through that examples are depression, insecurity, low self-esteem and others.
No matter what may come to your way don't compare yourself with other, you have different destiny and different goals in life and don't let someone achievement at the moment ridicules you in any ways.
