Would a Perfect World Kill the Need for Growth?
One of the major reasons we all crave growth is so we can get better, improve, and have a better life. But then, peradventure, everything is already perfect and going smoothly; would there be a need for one to chase after growth and the likes? Many have asked this kind of question due to the rate of inequality, lack, and illnesses we've had in our world. And I can't really blame them for wanting to stop it all so as to make the world a better place, because when we've a perfect world, it means everyone would be richly blessed in health, possession, and everything needed for life.

So to start with, do I crave a perfect world? I definitely do because I know having such would gratefully influence my life positively, especially in the areas of health, wealth, riches, and the like. But then, even though we don't have a perfect world, it doesn't mean I'll stay comfortable in the state I find myself in. It's the desire for growth, a better life, and improvement that usually makes us have people who seem to stand above others due to their readiness to be different and to invest their time and energy into a course. That's what brings about growth. Yes, I also understand some rose to the top due to their greed, evil acts, and the like, but most importantly, what prompted them to do that is the need for change.
So in light of that, I don't think having or living in a perfect world should be a reason not to chase after growth or improve beyond your current stage. Humans are bound to change; we have a tendency to crave things we don't have and not be comfortable with what we already have. So with that in mind, I don't think a perfect world should be reason enough to stop us from chasing after growth and improvement in different phases of life. Growth is constant; even when we don't work towards it, it'll come, just like we grow in height, wisdom, experience, and the like, so we shouldn't be comfortable with what we've because we don't know what the future has in store.

Take, for instance, you as an individual decide that since you're living in a perfect world, you find no reason to work, go out, or do anything, because you have it all. Doing that will definitely bring about a reduction in what you already have, and if you continue in that line, you might end up going completely broke. The same is the case when you refuse to make an effort, walk, or move around due to the fact that you live in a perfect world, because you'll end up growing fatter and fatter to the point where it'll be difficult to do things you usually do easily again.
At the end of the day, we all know the world was actually perfect at the beginning, but due to one reason or another, we arrived at this point where there's lack, illness, disease, inequality, and the like, so peradventure we go back to that point, there's no assurance that it'll last forever, and that's why I'm advising that regardless of if the world is perfect or not, we shouldn't stop striving for improvement, growth, and a better life.

Exactly.
It is unethical for we humans to not admire a perfect world just because there is not any struggle to force us to grow. It suddenly sounds like we are addicted to pain and challenges, what will be the point of living, if it is not to look forward to a better tomorrow?
Perfectly said.
Even though we have a perfect world, we should not remain at a point. It's only natural to keep growing, learning and unlearning, and reaching new heights.
You nail it all. This is a beautiful write-up. Yes, I know it's good to have a perfect world but let not forget that if we live a perfect world where everything is provided for us, then we will never grow at all. Because no one to challenge us to know to which extent can we go with our strengths and no one to advice us about some particular things.
