Sometimes the best way to say "I'm sorry" doesn't involve words.

Saying Sorry is a trend nowadays. It has been on every people mouth, irrespective of the fact, if they really meant to say sorry. In purpose "Sorry" is used to express regret or apology, sympathy, or to politely acknowledge causing a slight inconvenience. It's a versatile word used in various situations, from casual bumping into someone to expressing sadness for someone else's loss. However, the overuse of it in our day to day, make it a less impactful and meaningless.

When someone says "I'm sorry," it demonstrates that they understand the impact of their actions on others and that they care about their well-being. This can be especially helpful when dealing with difficult situations or trying to de-escalate conflict. The meaning of "sorry" can lose its weight and become less impactful due to over-use, insincerity, and a failure to acknowledge responsibility or take action to repair the harm caused. There are many instances when people comes out in open saying sorry and then repeat the mistake again and again.

I learnt in my school days, that if we really feel sorry about any misconduct or wrong doing, then we should not repeat such things again and again. But in modern times, the word "sorry" has been used extensively, that no one bothered about it's real meaning. When "sorry" is said without genuine remorse or accompanied by defensiveness or blame-shifting, it can feel hollow and lose its effectiveness.

With modern lifestyle heavenly relying on different social media platform, there are instances that people get offended with various topics and subject. The creator, swayed away with the emotion and may deliver which is not suitable for the audience. And when pinpointed, they came out deliver an #apology message and then get back to usual routine. A meaningful apology requires acknowledging the harm caused and taking responsibility for the action. "Sorry" has now become a common filler word, used habitually without a genuine need for apology, making it sound insincere and losing its weight. The phrase "I'm sorry" can become a cliché, used without a deep understanding of the impact of the words.

Simply saying "sorry" without taking steps to repair the damage can make the apology feel empty. An apology that doesn't include a commitment to change behavior can undermine the sincerity of the apology. When "sorry" becomes a routine expression, lacks sincerity, fails to acknowledge responsibility, and isn't followed by a genuine effort to make amends, it loses its power to be a meaningful apology.

Saying "Sorry" is an Art.

Apologizing is not just a verbal act. It is a demonstration of empathy, responsibility, and a willingness to learn and grow, making it an art form in its own right. An effective apology requires understanding and acknowledging the other person's feelings and perspective, even if you don't fully agree with them. It is about acknowledging our mistakes demonstrates humility and willingness to mend the relationship or the issue.

In good faith - Peace!!

It doesn't actually matter whether or not a person makes an apology video, what really matters is if they truly mean every word in the video

We can say that an apology is sincere when the one at fault held himself accountable and take actions to correct his mistakes.
