Creative-Sunday/ the making of salad

Hello everyone welcome to HL Creative-Sunday from your girl Princess-Dara. Happy Sunday to you all my beautiful people, I am here today again to give you another yummy food, when I was living with my sister I learned a lot of things from her, and cooking different food is one of what I learned from her.

The question is what am I preparing today? It's Salad, I call it simple Salad because I didn't use all the ingredients not because I can't afford them but because I love it simple like this one I am about to prepare.

So, let's get to the kitchen and see how I prepared my simple Salad, the process was very simple and easy but trust me if you taste this Salad you won't want to stop eating it.

Ingredients are:

Cabbage
Eggs
Carrots
Cucumber
Mayonnaise

Procedure

As you can see the ingredients are very few and affordable as well, you don't have to break the bank before you can eat an intercontinental dish. All you have to do is buy your ingredients based on what you have on you, it is as simple as that.

Step 1

I put the eggs inside a pot then put it on the burner, while the egg was boiling, I rinse the carrots very well since I won't be cooking them. After that, I cleaned the grater before I started to grate the carrots.

I made sure there was no dirt inside the greater so that I would enjoy the salad by the time I was done.

Step 2

I also rinse the cabbage very well, one thing about cabbage is that it always has plenty of sand and once someone fails to rinse it thoroughly am sure such a person wouldn't enjoy the salad at all.

After that, I started slicing it with a knife and I made sure it was tiny enough so that it could be crunchy for me. It wasn't easy to slice a ball of cabbage with a knife but I wanted to eat it so I must do the stress.

Step 3

I rinse the cucumber as well and then slice it, slicing of cucumber is not as challenging as cabbage. By the time I was done slicing the cabbage, my fingers were already paining me. But when I was eating it I didn't feel the pain again. LoL.

Step 4

I sliced the egg into pieces, and after that, I added the mayonnaise to the salad ingredients and I mixed it with a turning stick.

I poured the sliced eggs into it and then mixed it again. Now my salad is ready to be served.

Some people prefer to put it inside the fridge before eating it but I couldn't wait for it to be chilled before I ate it.

You can have it with any kind of food you like and you can eat it like that if you want.

I have never seen a boiled egg in a salad until now. But I liked it. I will try it sometime. It looks delicious,😋 surely it will be delicious to eat

This salad is very nutritious and balanced to accompany our dishes or just on its own, I loved it.
