Creative-sunday/chicken pepper soup

Happy Sunday to you all, I pray this week favor us all. Your girl Princess-Dara is here again to prepare a sweet delicacy. I always say to people that it is not until you break the bank before you can eat good food, the little amount you have is enough for you, all you need to do is just to cut the ingredients according to the money you have.

Today I will be preparing chicken pepper soup for my Creative-Sunday, I love pepper soup because it can go with any kind of food and I hope you love what I am about to prepare for you today.

Ingredients are:

Chicken
White cowskin
Plantain
Pepper
Basil leaf
Pepper soup powder
Seasoning

Procedure

It is not how far but how well, the ingredients are not much at all but the outcome was so delicious, so let's get into the preparation.

I rinse my chicken and my cowskin thoroughly and then pour them inside a well-clean pot, I add my seasoning then cover it to boil for some minutes.

The reason why I boiled the chicken and the cowskin was because I wanted it to be soft enough and to influence it with seasoning since pepper soup doesn't take time before it is done.

While my chicken and cowskin were boiling, I rinsed my basil leaf chopped it into pieces, and set it aside, I also cut the plantain into small pieces and then set it aside too.

After some minutes, I added my pepper soup powder and pepper into the pot and then added more water because I needed enough soup.

I covered it for 2 minutes. After that, I poured the chopped Basil leaf and the plantain into it then covered it to cook very well.

The main reason why I added those two ingredients late was because they get done easily and I don't want to overcook them.

Now my chicken pepper soup is ready, you can have it with different things and you can also eat it alone it depends on how you want it.
