Stress is inevitable.

Hello, everyone.

I welcome you to my blog and another wonderful edition of the Hive Learner's featured post. Over the years I have come to realize that one of the things that is constant in life is stress; it has come to stay, and we just cannot escape it. As a human being who wants to make ends meet and provide for you and your family, you are required to undergo some stress to get that done. Maybe you are a student and you have everything provided for you; to get good grades, you must undergo some stress too. Everything you want to get done requires that you undergo a certain level of stress.

The mistake many people make is to think that there is a certain level you can get to in life and then you will be able to escape being stressed, but that is not true. There is no level in life that is stress-free; every level has stress attached to it. For some levels the stress is overwhelming and feels like it is beyond what one can handle, but we always find a way around it, and then there are levels where the stress is even below you and you handle it perfectly. One thing we have to know is that everyone on the face of the earth is dealing with one stress or another; nobody is completely free from stress, as stress is a part of life.

The rich are stressed by how they need to keep the income flowing. Those who are not rich are stressed by how they start making the money or how they get the flow of income started; the sick are stressed by how they restore their health and get back to their daily routine; the healthy are stressed by how they make ends meet without breaking down or affecting their health; even celebrities are not spared, as they have to constantly think of ways to keep doing well and giving fans and followers what they want, as that is the only way they stay on top. Each and everyone alive has one thing or another stressing them and causing them so much worry.

My mom will always say the only person with no worries or stress is a dead person; as long as you are alive, there will always be one thing or another that will put you through stress. She will say even if you want to sleep all day, before you climb up the bed, you must make the bed, and that makes stress inevitable. We cannot escape or eliminate stress completely; all we can do is manage it, reduce it, and adopt coping mechanisms to help us cope, as stress is part of life, if not life itself. You cannot be alive and say your life is stress-free; there is always something. You get one over with, and another comes knocking, so how do you get a stress-free life?

Here is how I cope and manage stress:

Source

Don't React To Everything: I feel life is already stressful enough, and reacting to everything will only add to my stress, so I choose to not react to everything. If you can overlook, just do so and save yourself the stress that will come from reacting.

Rest And Take Breaks: Many people don't sleep or rest anymore, always busy doing this or that just to see that the stress is gone, but stress is part of life. The more you try to make it go away, the more it comes at you, so instead of continuously fighting it, just take breaks, rest, and let your energy rejuvenate as you come back to the fight with a full energy level, and even your body too won't fail you when you give it the rest it needs.

The inability to take some rest or breaks when needed is what makes us stress. It is important to know that we cannot do everything on our own and for some, they prefer to do all instead of delegating to make things easier and at the end of the day, they feel stressed because of overworking. Stress is inevitable just like you said but we must find our coping mechanisms and understanding what works best for us.

Just like your mom said above stress is inevitable no matter how you wants escape you can't.
Imagine not making your bed well before you sleep you will wake unhappy with body pains.

Nice entry

Taking a break is very important to reduce stress as we cannot totally avoid stress.

Stress is inevitable but we have to learn how to manage the stress so that it won't take a great effect on us. And your mum is right, only dead people are the one that can never go through stress because they're already dead.

Every step in the path of creation is very difficult and one has to move forward, overcoming both good and bad. In everything, one has to go through a lot of hard work and pressure.
