Creative Sunday: An innovative way to package eggs.

Hello, everyone.

I welcome you to my blog. It is another Sunday again and an opportunity for members of the Hive platform and Hive Learners community to showcase their talent. I have not participated in the creative Sunday for quite some time now, but this Sunday will be a completely different one. I engaged in something quite creative in a way thanks to an assignment by a lecturer, though we complained about the assignment, but we in the end fell in love with the assignment.

We were asked to come up with an innovative way to package either an egg, palm oil, or apple. After so much contemplation, I decided to come up with one for an egg. At first, I did not know what to do, but I did come up with something even the lecturer loved. I made something that can be used to package and transport eggs with little or no damage at all done to the eggs.

Materials used.

The materials used include:

• Carton
• Super glue
• Top bond
• Razor blade
• Sawdust

Step 1: I carved out the shapes and sizes I needed from the carton and moved to the next step.

Step 2: I started to join the carved-out shapes that are longer to serve as the length using the top bond and the super glue for it to stick faster, as the top bond needs a few minutes to stick.

Step 3: After getting the length, I added the shorter ones in between to serve as the width and a demarcation, giving it a crate-like look.

Step 4: I added sawdust to make it soft and safe for the egg.

It is a simple and innovative way to package and even transport eggs without causing any damage to the egg.
