Reflecting on My Experience With Modern Slavery
Every day I wake up to a sad face, being an adult, I feel I am a slave to the modern metrics. Slavery does not necessarily mean being bound in chains or rope or being locked up, it is when we are limited to do certain things at a certain time we feel comfortable, all because a stronger will or person is controlling it.

In this modern day, we are all slaves to the Law. The law is one of the greatest peaceful decisions we made to live and one of the most dangerous decision-making processes. I have seen many people lose a lot of money due to lawsuits and some companies are even scared because of lawsuits. This life is really hard we need to be watchful of how we make decisions. It's really sad watching how a man loses all his money to a woman he just married and has kids, even after losing it all, he still has to pay child support again for the child, this is why the rate of suicide keeps increasing day by day.
The poor presently are slaves to the rich, the rich continue to get more money day by day, and more income keeps flowing in, but the poor struggle so they run under the rich and do anything the rich man wants them to do, even though they are not comfortable with those decisions. The rich or let me say Oligarchy men, are really powerful to enslave people.

Basically, I believe a 9-5 job is still part of slavery, because we are not free to make decisions for ourselves, and we have to figure out a lot around us, which shows we really have to work our way to the top to get what we really want.
In this modern world, the poor live as slaves, because we are limited to so many opportunities, unlike in those days when people could travel worldwide even without money. Still, in this generation, the poor struggle to even achieve a single domain, to even go and live in an empty land, it is restricted, so they have to work compulsorily to pay for a free land created by Hod for us to survive. This life is not balanced, it is really hard for some families to survive in this kind of economy.
I feel there is no way slavery can stop because it will always be from generation to generation, with the creativity of experience, we have to have a strong mind and fight our way against those who may want to affect our thoughts or cause disturbance to us. The eich will always enslave the poor, the economy will enslave everyone, even the gov/government and its officials we elected enslave us all indirectly. This is why I said it is all mindset, some people don't see this as an enslavement, but with my experience in my country, this is an enslavement.

That 9-5 work , is another topic on its own. Infact is a bondage wasting years all your life in a company because of money when you have your own dreams, ambition but no time to even plan to achieved it.
You have said it so well, it is the poor who get to suffer this so much and there is nothing they can do about it because the rich will always have their way around things. Don't be offended you are now an adult, growth is part of life too
