The Art of Managing Stress

Life itself is full of challenges, so if we think that we can avoid our problems , we are wrong here. Stress is a very common part of our life . Where it comes from? It comes from our resposibilities, from our relationships, from our activities, from our daily routine. Every student, every worker, every parent and every human being experience stress. Students face the stress of studies, exams, presentations, and assignments etc. Workers faces the stress of the deadline and promotion. Parents faces the stress of finance, education of their childs. We cannot completely avpid stress because we cannot do anything without it. For this we have to manage this.

What is stress

Stress is basically a reaction of pressure, extra responsibilities or challenges. It can be emotional stress, physial stress or mental stress. For example if there is a student and he has a presentation or exam next. what we think he will do first. He feel pressure of exam. Stress is necessary because it motivates us sometimes. It doesnt mean that stress is always bad, it can be good sometimes. So the real challenge for us is not avoiding stress, but finding the techniques to manage the stress.This is almost impossible for us to avoid stress, wether it is taking care of someone, doing some work or anything it will always bring some kind of stress.

Positive Stress

Stress can be harmfull but it cannot be. For example a student is panicing before the presentation, because he has no idea about the end. So he will try his best for the presentation to win at the end. The other example is for a worker who is trying his best for his promotion, he is trying his best everyday. So there is also a stress, but they are using this stress as a motivation.They are pushig theirselves for the best. Like they do not give up at that time they just try to learn and motivate themselve.

Negative Stress

Stress can be negative sometime. I guess it usually has negative impacts more than positive. When we cannot handle it and it becomes too much for us to handle then it turns into distress. It leads us to depression, anxiety, physical and mental illness and etc. Then it cause discomfort and make a person hopeless For is example if we say a person, you cannot do this or this is too much for you. Then he will actually think about it. Then he will try to give up. This is also a stress who leads him towards the failure

How to Manage life with Stress

Our imagination, thinking and thoughts have a great impact on our life. So if we want to live a happy and healthy life we have to manage stress with it. We just have to think positive.Because sometimes we make small problems big just by stressing ourselve. So we just have to think that if there is a problem than there is a solution also, just calm down and think positively. Most importantly take some breaks from work because some time pressuring yourself with work can also cause stress. So relaxation is also important.
