This generation is the most blessed for obvious reasons, one of which is being able to earn a living from the comfort of your home, most times, you don't even need a degree, as long as you've got a creative mind and determined spirit, in wouldn't take too long for you to be recognized and in turn the money starts coming, and no it's not fraud money but real legit money.

We as hivers are also a beneficiary of the many positive impact of the internet, just by doing what we love, writing and sharing our thoughts and creativity, we also receive rewards which often motivates us to come back more, irrespective of the job we do offline, I've also heard of some that depend solely on online earning and don't even need an offline job added to survive, but sometimes, we can't help but stop and reflect on the big what if? Question.

Nothing is impossible, so what if the internet gets banned or doesn't exist anymore for whatever reason? How would you survive, I bet many people will be left stranded because of our full dependency on the internet today. As for me, It's no news that I carry my offline business on my head like there is no tomorrow, even here on hive, so if the what if ever happens, I guess, I will still have to maintain my current offline profession as a fashion designer, a job that started as a passion, but now also adds to my income. It's been 5 years now, as the Covid year was the year it all began, and so far I've built myself up through constant daily practice, dedication, and hard work, which are all yielding positive results today.

Yes, Fashion designing is a very lucrative skills and one fascinating thing about horning this skill is that you can't stop learning, as the pool of creativity is ever overflowing, and new trendy styles and designs will always come up each day, unless you are the type that wants to be left behind or feels too comfortable at one level, which i'm not, I still have to keep pushing hoping that my dream of not just having this skill alone but having an academy that i'm able to comfortably share this knowledge/skill with others, especially women, so they can stand on their own and be financially independent and don't have to rely solely on a man or suffer emotional abuse due their lack of any stream of income.

So if there was no internet, I would survive, but not just survive alone, I will keep at making my dreams and vision a reality, I believe that fashion can be a powerful tool for empowerment, whether the internet exists or not, my commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others is the drive that will sustain me. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me, and I'm grateful for the opportunities that I have today.
