Handling My Anxiety.

Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. It can be a normal reaction to stress. For example, you might feel anxious when faced with a difficult problem at work, before taking a test, or before making an important decision.

According to the definition, we can tell that anxiety is something that can happen to anyone, and how we deal with it matters a lot because if wrongly handled, it can lead to a serious issue.

Anxiety is a major topic that many people talk about in our current world, and a few months ago, it was a widely searched topic because of the famous song "Anxiety," whose lyrics go like this:
"Anxiety, keep on trying me
Feel it quietly, tryna silence me, yeah
Anxiety, shake it off of me
Somebody's watching me
It's my anxiety
"

Thanks to this music, the topic of anxiety is now widely talked about. Sometimes, many people don't know they have an anxiety problem, and the approach they use for it is what is causing them more harm.

Hello, everyone, welcome to my blog, and today we will be discussing the topic of 'anxiety." I will be explaining what that thing is that's currently giving me serious anxiety at the moment and messing with my mental health. How do I plan to tackle the problem? Thanks to the Hivelearners community, we will be learning something new today.

The truth is that I have learned how to handle my anxiety so well that it feels like I have none. Yes, some things make me scared; sometimes the thought of them makes me feel uneasy, and at times like this, anxiety sets in.

With the current economic situation of the country, the everyday hyperinflation, the policies that are made to take funds from the citizen, and the cost of living, it's enough to give someone anxiety. Sometimes I wonder how long I am going to remain in this cycle of earning a salary that can only cover one's bills for the month without having enough to save. Many times, the savings end up saving me before the month's end.

It's crazy, right? The fear of "Will I be able to make it big someday?" "Can I achieve my goals with this little?" Many at times, this has affected my mental health.

All this makes me scared, but remember, at the beginning I said, "Those who don't know how to handle their anxiety end up having more issue."

I have come to understand that no condition is permanent. In this life, there are things we have control over and things we have no control over. I have understood this fact, and I always try to work my way around things I can control. If things I can't control pop up, I pray about it and look for friends or people who can help me with that issue.

I have learned not to always get worried or get carried away by the pressure of the world. Yes, there are things that I want to achieve, but Rome wasn't built in a day, so I will work my way to the top and remain there.

One thing is having something that is bothering us, while another thing is the mind to control it. Some people let their worries override them to the point that they don't think of other things. That is when depression comes into play as well.

Very true, the ability to control our fear and emotion is something not many people have which is why at the sight of a problem, they are already lost.
