I LIKE VISITING ZOO

It's mid of the week commonly known as Wednesday. The weather situation in this axis is chilly and cold but we have to develop the adaptive features to curb it so that we won't be exposed to further danger.

Taking a check at the theme for this second edition without any reservation I would like to say is a good thing. It focuses on the zoo and it seems my perspective on zoo and wild animals. Before I proceed, I would like to say that zoo is a very good initiative and how I wished I could trace the initiator and probably have a handshake with him. It's truly a remarkable thing and it's good to loud it.

Zoo is a place where different kinds of animals are kept for different kind of reasons but predominantly for sight seeing. Zoo is not just for recreational activities but it's a vital tool for educational studies. Could it be the sole reason why we even have a department or a course of study called zoology? It's not out of place at all. It worth all the effort and worth studying.

Zoo has lots of relevance and significance to life. Have I ever been to zoo or seen any wild animals? Oh yes!!!. The first time I visited zoo, hmmm it wasn't a funny experience because the level of the degree of my disorder was high. It took me a couple of hours to regain myself and my grib of things. During that time, I would feel as if the animals are actually following me or coming close to me. The first wild animals I saw was a monkey that was caged. Few of the students that were around gave it banana. I never knew that's what they really like self. They were almost behaving like human beings.

As we received audience from the management, the staff took us to where snakes were caged. I saw python for the very first time. The staff threw chicken and the guy grabbed it and devoured it. We stroll around and saw different kind of animals for ourselves. Zoo and caging of animals is very good. Imagine if these animals were just left in the bush like that how would they survive it?For instance the lions would some of us have seen it today? What happened to our children? Zoo is a good place and adventure in keeping animals for posterity. I strongly support this and wished more zoo will be established. Thank God for some schools that have zoo... learning becomes very real and indelible.

I don't see these adventure as a means of exploiting wild animals instead is even a strategy of preserving them for important uses. They won't have been better off if left as wild animals in the bushes. Some of the wild animals if not properly managed would have gone extinction as a result of deforestation or other activities of man in the bush. Keeping them in a place is good and enable them to even live better, protected and cater for comparing when they are left in the bush.

My counsel here is just to have a good management and policies that would guarantee their sustainability. I like zoo and I want my government to establish more zoo across the nation.
